EVELYN LIVED WITH HER DAD, THE CRAZY, impulsive and sex-addict of a father. But over the past while, he's really found himself.Evelyn was currently scrolling on her phone while sitting in the firehouse, she may or may not have been suspended from school and thought she'd just chill out here for a bit.
The brunette was startled when the firetrucks pulled in and Buck's voice boomed throughout the building.
She pushed herself up from the couch and walked over to the railing, seeing her dad walk over to his co-workers. Evelyn smiled down at her idiotic dad as he went on about loosing fat for the stupid calendar.
Buck was left standing alone when Hen, Chim and Bobby went and met someone. Buck sighed, looking up at the banister, his eyes landing on his daughter and immediate confusion setting in.
Evelyn's eyes widened when she made eye contact with her dad, so her fight or flight set in. Evelyn's legs ran down the far stairs, ready to run out the open door.
Before she could even step out the building, Bucks arms looped around her waist, pulling her back, spinning her and standing infront of her and the door.
Evelyn panted, her eyes scanning her dad's face for any anger but there was none, only confusion. Buck leant down to his daughter's eye level, "Evie, the hell you doing here?"
"Uhhh, funny story actually." Evelyn chuckled nervously, fiddling with her hair.
Buck's confusion grew more, "Ev? Why aren't you at school?"
"I may... or may not, have gotten suspended." Evelyn said quickly, hoping her dad wouldn't catch a word of it.
Buck's hands dropped from his daughter's arms, letting his head fall into them, "What the hell did you do?"
"I'm sorry. There was this girl and she was being a bitch-"
"Language." Buck interrupted.
"Sorry. Anyway, she was being horrible to me and one of my friends so I put her in her place." Evelyn finished.
"Define, 'put her in her place'." Buck sighed, pinching her bridge of his nose.
"I kinda pushed her down the stairs after punching her." Every mumbled, shrugging her shoulders like it was nothing.
"Evelyn!" Buck exclaimed, his voice echoing through the station, catching the attention of firefighters.
"I'm sorry! I couldn't stand her!" Evelyn said, her eyes welling, Buck rarely called her by her full name, there was always a nickname.
"Evie? What are you doing here?" Bobby asked in confusion, walking over to the father and daughter, Hen, Chim and a new dude following.
Evelyn looked at her dad who shrugged down at her, "I may or may not have gotten suspended."
"For what? Taking too many classes?" Chim joked, "Aren't you like the perfect student?"
"I punched a girl... then I pushed her down a flight of stairs." Evelyn said slowly.
Hen's jaw dropped, a very small smirk of her face that only Evelyn noticed. Chim was in pure shock, the 15 year old sweetheart wasn't actually that sweet. Bobby was holding back laughter and the new dude just stood there with a smirk.
The stations bell started ringing, Buck leant down to his daughter, "I'll be back in a bit. We need to talk, munchkin."
Evelyn nodded and started walking up the stairs she'd previously ran down, she stopped halfway and watched the fire engines drive away before heading back up to the couch's and lying down, falling asleep very quickly.
