The king Reich the Second or also called the Second Reich has two sons, Weimar and his successor of the throne, Reich the Third or also called Third Reich. Third Reich has no desire to be the successor of the throne and flees from its planned life. But soon he meets a boy from another kingdom with whom he befriends. Chapter 1
"Reich Frühstück ist fertig! (Reich breakfast is ready!)", I was woken up. I didn't wanted to get up, I wanted to sleep, but here in the countryside it was different from the palace, but there it was, if I am to be honest, not so nice. I stayed in bed because I didn't feel like getting up. "Wenn du nicht aufstehst, bekommst du kein Frühstück! (If you don't get up, you won't get breakfast!)", came again from downstairs. I gave in and wiped the sleep from my eyes. Slowly I got up and made my way downstairs after pulling on my jacket and pulling on a pair of underpants and simple trousers. The stairs creaked with every step I took.
I stretched one last time before going into the dining room. Then I greet with: "Guten Morgen allerseits! (Good morning everyone!)" I was also greeted by the others at the table before I sat on a free chair. Luckily I got to know this nice family who let me live with them. These people were really nice and although I have some difficulties with the son of the family who was about the same age as me, the time here with the family was really nice. Nobody saw who I really was. Everyone thought I was the king's selfish son, but I wasn't.
I cared a lot for the people here and I do my best to make sure they are okay. Rosalinde, the wife of the family, was putting the food on the table. There was pretzel soup again. I loved her pretzel soup, this soup was the best in the world. I took half a bowl of soup because I wanted the others to get more because they deserved it more than I did. However, Rosi said: "Reich bitte nimm einen ganzen Teller voll Suppe, du bist noch Jugendlich und brauchst genau deswegen mehr Essen. (Reich, please take a whole plate full of soup, you are still a teenager and that's why you need more food.)" Rosi is the nickname I gave her because Rosalinde was a little too long for me. She always worried so much about me. I listened to her and took more soup.
I wish everyone at the table: "An Guadn!" The others wished me the same. 'An Guadn' is Bavarian and means 'bon appetite'. I loved to speak Bavarian. There was also a Statehuman in the family and of course it was Bavaria, he was the man in the family. For me, Bavaria was more of a father figure than my biological father. He was always so nice and has often helped us with the work in the fields and with the animals, even though he was supposed to work in the city, since he was in contact with my father and worked for him, that's how I got to know him. "Hey! Prinz! Dramst du scho wieder? (Are you dreaming again?)", joked Lukas, the son of Bavaria and Rosi.
