SOMETIMES, KIRA IS SCAREDof how quiet things can get because quiet means too easy. But loud means walkers, so she's scared of almost everything these days, she's scared of the quiet and loud. The night is a scary place too, because you can't see a damn thing in the dark, the only thing that she's not scared about is the day. The daytime brings her peace because she can see what's coming and from where. But today... Today the daylight is not giving her peace. The daylight is a nightmare. Kira Anne Lockwood, the last survivor of her family. A panicked cry leaves Kira's mouth when a walker grabs her ankle, as she tries to climb up a small shack type thing, her feet keep slipping.
"Shit. Shit. Shit." She said as she kicks the walker a few times attempting to get it off of her, after a few more kicks the walker lets go and Kira gets to the top and sighs staring at the crowd of walkers.
"God fucking damn it." She sighed before looking down at the Glock 19 that is strapped to her hip, she looks around for a way out first, to check and see if she can get out without making a sound, after finding a way out from the back, she quickly climbs down and runs through the school playground.

Faith sits on a rock in the woods by her camp staring at the picture of her, Lori, Shane, Rick and Carl, she looks at the Grimes parents for a little longer with tears filling her eyes as she looks at the picture of her best friend, Lori had been attacked and bit when they were making their way to camp, Shane had no choice but to put her down, with a bullet to the skull. So, Carl is an orphan now, he has to grow up without his parents and the worst part is... he has to grow up in a world where there is only death and more death without his parents, the only adults that he has in his life is Faith and Shane now, the two do their best to take care of the boy. After taking a few deep breaths, Faith stands up and puts the picture back in her pocket closing her eyes collecting herself, she doesn't know that the CB is going off. She makes her way back to camp as Shane and Jessica argue about something. Faith looks at a brunette man with blue eyes Jay; his name is Jayden, but he goes by Jay. Faith tilts her head slightly with a confused look in her eyes.
"Jay, what's going on?" Faith asked.
"Someone came through on the CB trying to make contact and Jess is trying to convince Shane to have people go put up signs to warn people out of the city." Jay told her making Faith let out a frustrated sigh as she shakes her head.
"I have told her that it is a bad idea a thousand times, but she never listens." Faith groaned running a hand through her hair.

"It's getting late they should be back by now." A young blonde woman: Amy said in complaint pacing behind the open hood of the RV. In the group that had gone on a run for supplies is her sister Andrea, who she has a very strong bond with despite how often they argue. Faith usually goes on the runs alongside a man that she has gotten quite close to a young Korean man, Glenn. He either goes on his own or with her and T-Dog a bald black man, but this time she chose to stay back although right now she is wishing that she chose to go on the run. The group has gone all the way out into the city of Atlanta, a trip that both her and Glenn had planned out with every caution that they could've thought of.
The city is in ruins and is dangerous but there are plenty of useful supplies just laying around. An older man, Dale sighs deeply clearly annoyed with the woman; he had adopted the two women. Andrea and Amy, both adore him like a father, Glenn and his younger twin brother Benjiman but he goes by Ben adore him as well. Considering that Andrea, Amy, Ben and Glenn are still in their 20s specially Glenn, Ben and Amy who are the same age, Dale has taught them a lot in their short time in the camp together, and the younger 4 yearned to learn more.
"Worrying, won't make it any better." Dale spoke his voice has always had a slight tone of wisdom, like he knows for certain what he is saying. Faith looks to her right and sees a young dark-haired woman who seems a little bit older than Amy; Bella is also pacing. Bella's name is Isabella, but she goes by Bella or Isa.
"No, Amy's right, they should be back by now." She said her voice full of worry, her and Jay's younger brother Dustin is also apart of the group that went to Atlanta.
"Bella, he's gonna be ok..." Jess tried but Bella cuts her off.
"You don't know that, your brother is still here." Bella said as she points to Justin Parker, Jess's younger brother, Jess stares at her with an unbothered look in her eyes.
"Isa, that's not fair, she's just trying to stay optimistic." Ben said as he walks up to the young woman. Bella looks at him and stares for a few seconds.
"How are you not worried?" She asked him and Ben brushes his hair out of his eyes with a sigh.
"I know my brother, he's gonna be okay." He said as he leans against the RV.
"You don't know that!" Bella said getting upset
"Bella, your brother is a tough guy, he's fine." Justin said. Bella rolls her eyes before storming away heading towards her tent.
"Anyway, Dale's right, we can't panic, it'll only scare the kids." Faith said biting her lower lip looking over her shoulder as she watches Shane teach Carl how to tie knots when she hears T-Dog's voice come through the radio.
"Hello, base camp. Can anybody out there hear me? Base camp, this is T-Dog. Anybody hear me?" The voice of T-Dog said through the radio. The young woman looks over her shoulder back at the camp as everyone walks over to the RV.
"Hello? Hello?" Dale said when he picks up the radio
"Is that them?" Faith asked and Dale nods as T-Dog's voice comes through the radio again
"We're in some deep shit. We're trapped in the department store."
"He said they're trapped?" Shane asked. Faith wraps her arms around Carl's shoulders
"There's geeks all over the place. Hundreds of 'em. We're surrounded." T-Dog said.
"T-Dog repeat that last. Repeat." Dale said as the CB stops working. Amy looks worried as Bella starts pacing and Jay runs his hands through his hair worriedly. Ben just stands net to Jay in shock not sure what to do.
"He said the department store." Faith said
"Yeah." Dale said.
"I heard it too" Jess said as everyone looks at Shane.
"Shane?" Dale asked the former cop, Shane looks at Jay for his opinion and Jay barely shakes his head at him even though he wants to go for his brother, he knows that if they send more people out there, some may not come back at all. Shane looks at everyone before sighing and shaking his head.
"No. No way. We don't go after them. We don't risk the rest of the group and y'all know that." Shane said and Amy stares at him as Bella glares at him angrily while Ben stands there in silent shock. Jess and shares an awkward look with her brother just as a young girl walks up; the young girl is Serria Harris the only living member of her family, she is being cared for by The Parkers
"So, we're just gonna leave them there?!" Amy said as Faith sighs and walks away with Carl with his hand in hers.
