It's said that they're patients of Lakeshore Insane Asylum buried around Old 63. The reason why these people were buried here is because the people who worked in the Asylum didn't want to get caught by the Government. An estimation of around four thousand patients was buried around Red Ash. These patients roam around Old 63 wandering what happened to them and why they're there, people have seen what looks like apparitions waking the road lost and confused on why they're there.

It's said that someone has seen a mutilated and mummified dog corpse hanging from a wall. There were several satanic rituals performed by many people, some of these rituals included the goat-man along with hell hounds.
