𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙞𝙚 woke with the sun before any ranch hands. Making her way to the stables, she walked through them, stopping in surprise when she saw a familiar Sinclair Arabian, "Buck!"Maggie exclaimed, walking over to pet the horse's snout.

Buck, or Bucky, was Nine years old, and his only rider was Maggie; his mother rejected him when he was born, and John was going to send him off until Maggie stopped him, promising she would take care of him. She did. She was with him every morning and night, and on several nights, she'd sleep in the stall with him.

Maggie saddled Bucky and led him out. The two rode around for an hour and a half, taking in the beauty of Yellowstone once again. Maggie led Bucky through the round pin and towards the stalls; she stopped when she saw a horse trashing around in a pin with a young pale boy duck taped to the saddle. "Where the hell did that thing come from?"Maggie stopped next to John and Rip.

"Kacey," Rip answered with an amused laugh.

"Hmm, and the thing ridin' the horse? " Maggie asked. "New hand his name is Jimmy." Rip answered shortly earning a hum from the brunette.

When Maggie finished taking off Buckys saddle she  gave him a treat and returned to where John and Rip were.  "How long has he been on?" Ainsley asked, standing on the other side of John.

"Almost two hours," Rip answered.

"We have a problem." Jamie's irritating voice spoke up from behind John and Maggie.

"You don't have a solution?" John barely glanced at his son.

"It requires a few, and both of you aren't going to like any of them," Jamie said, referring to his father and ex-sister-in-law. Maggie sighed heavily before following John and Jamie to the barn.
