1.) A young woman wearing a black dress is holding a knife in her hand and threatening to kill a frightened man. She is terrified because she does not want to kill anybody, but her body refuses to obey her mind.
2.) A young man becomes obsessed with an old man living opposite his building. The young man is convinced that the old man is the embodiment of the devil, and starts planning the murder.
3.) A homeless addict is stalked by faceless beings, but no one believes him because they all attribute it to psychosis.
4.) Suburbia is actually purgatory.
5.) Christ returns to Earth — at least that is who people thought he was.
6.) A man commits murders at night and relives the agony of his victims during the day.
7.) You are legally allowed to commit murder, but you must fill out the proper paperwork and your proposed victim will be notified of your intentions.
8.) Write a short story with an unreliable narrator that readers can never quite trust.
9.) Your character is a compulsive liar, unable to stop themselves from spinning tales that make them the envy of everyone around them. Then they wake up one day to discover that their lies have all come true...
10.) Your best friend tells you that she feels like someone's been watching her. The next day she goes missing.
