The Plague Butcher, a Forgotten Legend (TLOU X Male OC AU)

Hey guys, decided to try my hand at making a videogame based fic, as a self-proclaimed "horror hater" I genuinely enjoyed experiencing this game, and wanted to put my own spin on it w/ an OC rather than just a basic reader insert. I have not actually played the game myself but I have watched a fair amount of gameplay and will be regularly referring to YouTube to be as lore-accurate as possible when reason demands.

When reading this, please keep in mind that it's intended to be an AU (Alternate Universe) story, so if certain details are changed or completely removed it was most likely intentional. Also keep in mind that as this an AU, the writing will be heavily influenced by my own thoughts and personal opinions, so if I put something in here that you don't like, too bad, so sad, suck it up or find another story.

P.S. I'm gonna be putting in a few non-English speaking lines from time to time, all translations will be sourced through Google so if they come out wrong please don't hesitate to correct me; I'll list them at the end of the chapter so they don't break immersion...

My Last Airbender book "Ebb and Flow: Tides of Destiny" will also proceed as planned, don't worry...
