2020 Version:
it's the year 6021, in a world where Humans are a Type-2 civilization.
Over the course of thousands of years, the countries of the world have formed into the Earth-Union. World peace has been achieved and technology has become almost other worldly.
the Multiverse council has invited Earth to join and work together to get more advanced.
Fast forward and humans live on The Interstellar Plain of Existence, which humans call the "Sphere" and its the world between worlds, the place that connects all... No one, even the creatures and "people" on top of the council, even those who are known as Gods dont know how the place was created but almost every civilization that is over Level one can go there.
it seems the place was made for all creatures and living things to get along (that's what they think anyway) but that's far from what's currently going on.
Humans and other lifeforms are discriminated against for being under level 3.....

In this realm, civilizations below Level Three, including humanity, face discrimination in all sorts of ways.
