the next day James was jumping on my bed waking me up "5 more minutes please" i groaned "no can do sister Dumbledore has an important announcement to make" James said excitedly "i sure hope his important announcement is to make dorms more private so no one could disturb me while sleeping" i said sleepingly James rolled his eyes and pulled me out of bed "c'mon no time to waste" James was grunting as he pulled me up i was annoyed and threw a pillow at him and he threw the pillow back and we had a pillow fight which woke me up until Lily came and scolded us "you guys really should stop acting like babies and start going to the Great Hall because Dumbledore will announce something in like 20 minutes!" i got off bed quickly as i heard i only have 20 minutes left to get ready.
as i stepled inside the great hall it was only full of fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh years i was so curious about it and i sat down on the Gryffindor table just to make eye contact with Regulus already smirking at me as i was late i rolled my eyes and turned to Professor Dumbledore as he was getting everyone's attention "you all might be wondering where were the first, second, and third, years aren't here it's because this announcement isn't for them but only for you there will be a Yule ball this month we are still planning when it will start. if you want dance class please go to Professor Mcgonnagal for that and that's all for now thank you for your time you may go to class" as Dumbledore dismissed us i turned to Lily and winked at her pointing to James and Lily rolled her eyes shaking her head with a smile.
"who's excited for the Yule ball!" James squealed excitedly and Sirius laughed at James "what? oh c'mon you guys are excited too am i right?" i looked at James "my dear brother you know Dumbledore hadn't told the date?" i said trying to ruin his mood "well it doesn't hurt to be excited" he said as he pictured him and Lily going to the Yule Ball hand in hand "delulu" i mumbled "hey!" James blushed. Sirius looked at Remus at the window "you like him don't you?" i whispered scaring Sirius "stalker" i chuckled when Sirius said that "you and your brother are-" "don't ever talk about my brother" Sirius said as he cut me and i gave him a nod "you still haven't answered my question tho.. do you like Remus?" i asked curious "yeah i do but please don't tell him i don't wanna ruin our friendship" i nodded as he was looking at Remus outside "but i have a feeling he likes you too" Sirius looked up at me and gave me a questionable look "how'd you say?" "don't you see how he looks at you? don't you see how badly he wants to hold your hand? don't you see how over protective he is? can't you?" Sirius took a deep pause and thought for a moment as i took a deep breath as i said that in one setting. Sirius just looked at me and didn't speak until James interrupted "guys let's go outside i am bored here it is a Saturday after all" me and Sirius nodded we went out and we hanged out for awhile. Time has passed and i found myself running to the library for homework i was running so fast that i bumped into Regulus black.
"do you need glasses like your stupid brother? 'cause i think you do" i rolled my eyes "shut up" Regulus smirked "oh yeah?" then he pinned me on the wall "make me." "I-i-uhm- i" i was stuttering smelling Regulus' cologne on his neck it smelled so expensive and yet so good i felt myself lost in sensation and Sirius passed by in horror as he saw his brother pinning his own best friend he felt bethrayed. Regulus pulled back "i-it's not what you think it is Sirius! please!" but Sirius was stunned he looked at me like i was someone he never met
and i felt like i was on the verge to cry "you were never a friend of mine. but a traitor" he left and i wept blaming Regulus "this is all your fault! if you were using your brain none of this would've happened!" i ran away crying to the library to study i even spent the whole night there 'cause i was too afraid to go to the Common Room i was having negative thoughts like "will Sirius ever be friends with me again?" or like "will Sirius forgive me?" "is this the end of my friendship with him?" i couldn't even focus on my homework because i was too busy thinking of other things until someone came inside the library coming up to me our eyes locked and it felt like the whole world stopped when i saw Regulus his beautiful ocean eyes made the thoughts go away. no it can't be....
