I find myself lying on the ground, looking up at a blue sky filled with clouds, which reminds me of a spider and a dragon entangled in an eternal struggle—utterly chaotic. Sighing, I get up, dirt sticking to my sweaty bareback, much to my annoyance.

Brushing off the dirt, I take in the gray, mountainous landscape. A little ways away, a city was built into a mountain and was surrounded by a rocky gray wall between 25 and 30 feet tall. The main centerpiece of the city was a similarly giant gray tower built into the mountain, the base of which was supported by massive stone pillars.

I don't recognize this place. Have I been Isekai'd AGAIN!? I pause with my last thought. Again? No, no, this is the first time I've been Isekai'd. I realized. Well! There's no point in thinking about it now! My intrusive thoughts insisted. No, this is very important. It's interfering with my personality! The reasonable part of me replied. Well, whatever! Let's look for some food! And my arms shot upward, a smile on my face.

Grimensing at the gluttonous tendencies of my split personality and at my unfamiliar situation, I noticed a pink comet racing at me from the city. I braced myself for impact, widening my stance and staring down the incoming projectile.

*Boom!* The pink object impacted the ground at incredible speed, causing a burst of air to impact into the depths of my meager chest. Loose dirt flew violently out and upwards in spiky clumps, covering me in grains of sand and dirt that stuck to my sweat-soaked skin.

As the dirt settled down, I saw a bright pink pig-tailed little girl with startling blue eyes standing up at the origin of the craggy crater her landing created. The fact that she was wearing practically nothing went entirely over my head, as I was, similarly, barely wearing anything to cover my petite body.

Another scantily clad loli? How original... Wait what?

Dirt rained down, hitting the ground with a high-pitched crackling. Amidst this, the girl started talking in a foreign language, enthusiastically pronouncing unfamiliar syllables.

I cautiously studied the girl, not using [Appraisal] for fear of starting off on the wrong foot; in my previous world, appraising someone without permission was considered rude. Instead, I focused on overcoming the language barrier. I would have to learn this world's language later—I'm already bilingual; what's another language?

[Fartalk] should do the trick, right? I resonated before saying in a cute, bubbly, high-pitched voice that surprised even me, "Greetings! Denizen of another world! Magical Girl and Demon Lord Ariel here! In my magnanimity, I have decided to grace this world with my glorious presence!" And I strike a typical Sailor Moon pose, a small cutesy smile gracing my ordinarily stoic face. One hand on my hip, covered in skimpy black shorts, the other making a sideways peace symbol over my pink eye.

"Whoa! So Cute!" I heard a similarly enthusiastic voice reply in my head, and after a short second–"You're strong! I wana fight!" She finished, her voice betraying her violent tendencies.

My smile faded, and growling a primal growl, intending to intimidate her, I razed my brown boot and explosively stomped on the ground, causing a loud shockwave that knocked away any residual dust from her initial landing—the closest particles breaking the sound barrier with multiple simultaneous sonic booms.

"Listen here, you little girl: I'm not in the mood to fight right now," I say, my inner voice deepening and my pink irises narrowing.

The corners of the girl's bright blue orbits twitched slightly, her smile morphing into a maniacally toothy grin. She tilted her head upwards, the shadows of her wild pink hair failing to conceal her glinting blue eyes, and, in a slightly deeper tone that sounded almost like a threat, she said, "Oh, come on~ I'll give you information in exchange for a fight~!"
