They kissed under the starry sky, their hearts full. This was just the beginning of their journey together, and they knew that no matter what, they would face it all with love and unity.

                      Homecoming

The sun was just beginning to set, painting the sky with hues of pink and orange as Jungkook carefully turned the car into the familiar driveway. The house stood tall and welcoming, with its pristine white walls and large windows reflecting the fading light. YN smiled from the passenger seat, her eyes resting on the home they had built together, feeling both nostalgic and relieved. They were back.

Jungkook glanced over at her, his lips curving into a soft smile. "We're home," he said, almost whispering, as if saying it louder might wake the small figure dozing in the backseat.

YN turned to look at Hanjoon, their son, who was fast asleep in his car seat. His chubby cheeks were flushed, and his tiny fists were curled up near his face. He looked so peaceful that it warmed her heart to see him so content after the whirlwind of the past few weeks. Their honeymoon had been nothing short of magical — the beaches, the sunsets, the quiet moments they had stolen together — but having Hanjoon with them had made it even more special.

"I can't believe it's over," YN murmured, more to herself than to Jungkook.

Jungkook reached out and took her hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "It doesn’t feel like an end, though, does it? More like the beginning of something even better."

YN smiled, squeezing his hand in return. "Yeah. Our real adventure starts now."

Jungkook chuckled softly, leaning over to kiss her cheek. "Let’s get inside and start that adventure then."

They moved quickly but quietly, not wanting to disturb Hanjoon's slumber. Jungkook carefully unbuckled the baby seat and lifted their son into his arms. Hanjoon stirred slightly but didn’t wake, resting his tiny head on Jungkook’s shoulder. YN grabbed the diaper bag and the few suitcases they had packed for the honeymoon, following them inside.

The house smelled of fresh flowers, courtesy of Jungkook’s parents, who had made sure everything was perfect for their return. There was a soft hum of peace that settled in as they walked through the door — a feeling of comfort and familiarity.

"Should we put him to bed first?" YN asked, her voice hushed as she took in the quiet atmosphere of their home.

Jungkook nodded. "Yeah, he’s had a long day."

They moved up the stairs, their steps light and careful. Jungkook pushed open the door to Hanjoon’s nursery, and YN couldn’t help but smile at the sight. The room was exactly as they had left it — soft blue walls, clouds painted on the ceiling, and the crib nestled in the corner. It was Hanjoon’s little haven.

Jungkook gently lowered Hanjoon into his crib, covering him with a light blanket. YN stood next to him, her hand resting on his arm as they both watched their son settle into a deeper sleep.

"Sometimes I can’t believe how lucky we are," YN whispered, her eyes never leaving Hanjoon’s peaceful face.

Jungkook turned to her, his gaze soft and filled with love. "Me neither. But we are. We really are."

They stood there for a moment longer, just soaking in the serenity of the moment before YN took Jungkook’s hand and led him out of the room. They headed downstairs to the living room, where the coziness of home truly hit them. The familiar couch, the photos on the walls, and the soft glow of the lamps — it all felt like a warm embrace after their time away.
