Other Notes: Maxim Rachevsky unfortunately came to the academy at age 7 since then he has stayed and tormented the staff for eight years. His powers manifested at a very young age (this is normal for elemental powers) and he has been using them for powers of chaos ever since. With in his first two days Maxim blew off Jerome Aranax's toupee, started calling Mrs. Hopkins 'Hoppy' and caused a tornado in Tacoma. He has mellowed slightly since meeting Alana Whang and only comes with nicknames and causes the occasional dust devil. Always a loyal friend Maxim has befriended almost everyone in his age group and gave each of them a nickname. He swims on the swim team and should've been kicked off for disorderly conduct years ago but has unfortunately won the school three national championships so the athletics department turns a blind eye to his shenanigans.
