"Wonder-ful!" Mr. Schue announced, writing the word boldly on the board to kick off the week. "All right, guys, I just got some wonderful news from Rachel. She's got a second callback for Funny Girl!"

He pulled a chair in front of the students, who erupted into applause and cheers, proud of one of their own thriving after school. Despite Rachel Berry never being one of Hunter's favorites, he always knew she had the talent to make it big on Broadway. Everyone did.

"And that's not our only good news," Mr. Schue continued once the excitement settled. "Brittany is at M.I.T. touring the campus because she's got an early acceptance."

"That's my girl!" Hunter beamed with pride, while Kitty, sitting behind him, shook her head in disbelief.

"That can't be true," she whispered.

Mr. Schue pressed on, "And I re-proposed to Emma. She re-accepted, and we're getting married after Regionals!" The room erupted into cheers once again.

"I've got good news too!" Tina chimed in, standing up and moving to the front of the class. "I'm wait-listed at the Columbus College of Veterinary Medicine. It's a fallback if I don't pursue acting."

The cheers grew louder, and Sam whooped enthusiastically for his friend. However, he frowned slightly when he noticed the faint frown on Hunter's face, understanding in an instant what was bothering him.

"Hey," Sam leaned closer, whispering, "You may have turned down the chance to tour, but it will happen again. Mercedes will make sure of it. I know it."

"Tina, that's not just good news," Mr. Schue interjected, glancing at Hunter, who smiled at Sam with a hum of agreement. "It's wonderful! And that's what this week is all about. We're taking a lesson from one of the greatest musical artists of all time. Despite facing a ton of obstacles, he's a living example of embracing... n-n-no, celebrating... joy and optimism, and he's collected 25 Grammys along the way. So don't you worry 'bout a thing because whether you're ebony or ivory, you are the sunshine of my life."

Laughter filled the room as excitement grew, and the students began to grasp what this week's assignment would entail.

Mr. Schue continued, his enthusiasm contagious. "And next week at Regionals, we will be jammin' on higher ground. "

"Yeah! It's a Stevie Wonder week!" Ryder exclaimed, jumping to his feet, his excitement infectious. The room buzzed with energy as everyone shared in his enthusiasm, ready to dive into the music and celebrate the legendary artist.
