After natsu told Lucy what he thought was the truth, Lucy couldn't look at yukino the same, even though they all agreed to keep it between them until sting and his people come. Which was only a matter of time before that happened.

"You sure she doesn't know?" Lucy whispered to natsu as they were in the kitchen.

"It shouldn't matter, cause they're probably on there way so.....when they do, just do as gray says" natsu told her.

Lucy looked at him worried "what about you...."

Natsu looked at her, normally he would be reckless, but he had a child and a girlfriend. So he had to actually think about what would be the best way to come home. Many knew natsu to make the reckless choice, but it would always work in his favor in the end.

"I'm going to finish what I should have finished a while ago...." Natsu told her.

He saw the worried look on her face, making him sigh, and moved her away from the over, holding her close as he wrapped his arm around her waist.

"I'll be fine...i have you and nasha to come home to after all, wouldn't want to worry my girls now that wouldn't be gentlemanly"

Lucy couldn't help but giggle at his statement, she knew he would come home to them no matter what happened. Nasha was the light of his life, more than Lucy and she was fine with that. Cause the same went was with Lucy, nasha was the light of her life before natsu.

"Yeah, so you better not do anything reckless" lucy told him.

"Yeah yeah I won't"

Leaning in closer, kissing each other lightly. It wasn't a long kiss, but a quick one when they heard gray yell at them. Making natsu, and Lucy move away from each other.

"Sting is here! Yukino isn't here too" gray told them

"Probably cause shes talking to him now" natsu mumbled lightly "take Lucy out of here, guildarts will be meeting you at a location"

Gray nodded slightly, grabbing Lucy's hand, and guiding her to follow him. Though Lucy didn't want to, she wanted to stay, and fight by his side. But she knew why natsu couldn't let her, cause sting wanted to hurt her to make him suffer.

"We can't just leave him!" Lucy yelled at gray as he dragged her to there car.

"He told me to keep you safe"

"But!-"

"I don't want to leave him anymore than you do! But I have a job to do and that it's to keep you safe so he can fight without worrying!" Gray yelled at her,

Lucy looked at him with wide eyes, she understood the reasoning behind it all. So she had no choice but to listen, even though she hated the fact that she was leaving natsu alone to fight, who knows how many men sting brought with him.

So they drove away in Gray's car, which sting and his people didn't notice, leaving natsu there to fight them alone.
