Chapter 1

*beep beep beep*

"Uggggh" I groan as I roll out of bed , sending death glares to my alarm clock . "shit" I say seeing the time running to my bathroom to take a quick shower before I start my new job .

After scrubbing down my body , making my pale skin turn red , I washed my black and blue hair then got out .

I ran into my bedroom wrapped in my towel going over to my wardrobe and pulling out my outfit for the day . pulling on my black tank top then my checkered shirt ,making sure not to get it wet with my hair . After I pulled on my black skinny jeans and my mix-matched socks . I dried my hair and did my make-up , put on my beanie and bleeding heart skull shoes I grabbed my to-go bag as well as my skull and swords backpack and left for my first day at the bau .

I arrive with 10 minutes to spare and no idea where I'm to meet my new unit chief so I head over to where 4 unbelievably attractive people are standing .

"Um...c-could you tell me where I could find the unit chief ?" I mentally face palm myself for stuttering and looking like a complete fool when my face flares up .

"Yeah...right up there" the colourful woman points at a door on top of a a ramp , never taking her eyes off me . Being awkward as I am I start moving my fringe around to make it cover one eye as I give a shy smile and walked away feeling them all stare at my descending form .

I walk up the ramp and knock on the door I was directed to . I heard a stern "come in" which made me nervous but walked in anyway . The room was fair sized with 2 bookshelves lining two walls , in front of one of them was a large oak desk , a computer chair and in front of the desk 2 chairs , across the wall a couch and small cabinet. In the computer chair was a man who showed no emotion , wearing a work suit , his black hair thinning at the back .

"You must be Jodie Campbell , the new agent " I nod my head before he continues "I'm Arron Hotchner , unit chief of the BAU , you can call me hotch" I nod again "let's go meet the team then" we walk out his office back to the room I was in before , the 4 people joined by 2 others who are also insanely attractive , one I recognised as David Rossi , the famous author . Is this entire team filled with attractive people?

"Everyone to the conference room , don't worry it's not a case" Hotch called over to them before leading the way to the conference room .

Everyone gathered in the room taking seats they seemed to have memorised . I stood to a side not knowing where I was supposed to sit or if I was supposed to sit at all .

"Guys this is our new team member Agent Jodie Campbell . You all have an hour to greet each other then back to your paper work . Blake after could you show Campbell to her desk?" The brunette woman nodded and with that Hotch left the room . It was silent for a minute before the African American man spoke up .

"I'm Derek Morgan but you can call me Morgan . after you get introduced to everyone else I have a question for you" I nod and everyone else says their names and what I should call them . Afterwards it all went quite before Morgan spoke up again .

"So my question is are you goth ?" This question alone makes me face palm .

"No I'm Emo . Goth and Emo are a big difference" I say while rubbing my forehead . Everyone seemed to have gone quite . Again .
"Do you guys always go quite at the same time?" I ask looking up . They all shrug their shoulders "Oh my god are you always in sync because thats gonna get annoying really quickly" Morgan , Rossi and J.J laugh while Garcia smiles and Blake and Reid looked confused "Are you two saying you haven't noticed" I said amused .

They nod and Hotch comes back saying times up . Blake walks out with me following , still carrying my bags with me . She stops at a desk thats empty except a computer . I put my to-go bag down keeping my backpack in hand as I sit down . Since I was new I never got any paper work to do so I took out my phone deciding to go onto Facebook and see how my friends back in Scotland are doing .

I look at the time seeing its been an hour of mindlessly scrolling Facebook deciding I need a drink to boost my energy .

"Guys would Hotch mind if I go to the corner shop ? I'm not a fan of tea or coffee and I need some energy booster before I become a zombie" I say not looking at a person for longer than 2 seconds each .

"No not really since you don't have any work to do . Do you mind if I ask you to get me some coffee from the coffee shop" Morgan says

"No not really , do you guys want some?" They all nod and tell me how they take their coffee . Before I leave I head up to Hotch's office to ask if he wants some .

I came back from the coffee run carrying everyones coffee , my cans of monster in my bag . I handed out the coffee then sat back down . I opened my backpack and took out 1 can of monster . I felt someone staring at me . I looked up and saw Reid staring at me .

"Hai ? " I say nervous under his gaze . He quickly looked away to the open file lying on his desk . I looked at him for a while before going back to opening my can and taking a large gulp finishing a quarter of the can .

"Wow you can drink a lot in one breathe , Morgan imagine taking her for drinks"Blake said from beside me. I looked up to see Blake , Morgan and Reid all looking at me .

"Actually I don't drink alcohol I've never had it before but apparently the hangovers are killer I mean I don't feel pain but I get internal pain" I rambled on .

"Whoa wait a sec , did you just say you don't feel pain ?" Morgan asked , looking at the others to ask conformation . They both nodded not looking away from me .

"Uh yeah I don't feel pain as long as it's not a internal" I said looking down at the 3/4 full can in my hand .

Just as someone was about to say something Hotch came out of his office holding an ipad and a file , heading to the conference room . We all looked up then stood and walked to the conference room . My first case this is gonna be fun . Or maybe not .
