"you wanna kiss me, don't you?" - A RINCY STORY

PART 4 : RIN

Band time. The one time of the day where I don't wanna kill myself. I walked to my locker and got out my instrument, I play flute and so does Aubree. Percy plays trombone so we don't see eachother or talk to eachother often at band, unless we're on a chop break or a break in general. I looked over at Percy as he talked to the people in his section. Karissa and Chloe, they were close with Percy. They were sitting on the ground playing and conversing about Genshin Impact, which the game isn't that good but I don't care. My section leader was over there, Shelly. Percy talks to her sometimes. Percy got up to get his instrument. I still watched him put his trombone together. He grabbed his music folder and his flip folder, he put them on his stand. He grabbed his phone and walked to the bathroom. I quickly sat my flute on my chair and ran after him.

Rin quickly ran over to Percy. "Percy!" He said. Percy looked at Rin. "Oh, hey. What's up?" He smiled. Rin looked around. "Can I talk to you?" Percy nodded. "Sure." They both walked into a bathroom and into the big stall. Percy locked the door. "What's up?" Rin just stared at him for a few seconds, his heart was beating fast. He took a deep breath. "So.. we've been friends for a while.. right?" He said. Percy nodded. "Yeah.. and?" He tilted his head. Rin took a deep breath. "Well, I wanna be more than friends!" He blurted out. Percy's eyes widened for a second before he chuckled. "Jeez, it took you that much courage to speak up? And don't worry, I've liked you for a while." He said calmly. Rin was concerned on how nonchalant he was about all of this.. Rin sighed. "Thank god, I thought you would reject me!" He said. Percy held Rins hand. "Gods, no. I've always loved you." Rin smiled. "Well.. at least something today is good." Percy put his hand on the back of Rins head and planted a soft kiss on his lips. "We should probably get back to the band room before they get mad at us for being late again." He said. Rin laughed. "Last time we were late, we got so many jumping jacks!" They laughed as they walked out of the bathroom
