adriana's eyes fluttered open. her eyes landed on the ceiling above her. a slight pounding repeated in her head. "where am i?" adriana thought to herself.
she was in a dimly lit room. the room was spacious and minimalistically luxerious. adriana felt around on the bed she was sleeping on. it was strangely comfortable.
she raised herself from the bed slowly. there were no restraints on her, no chains, or ties. she wasn't here by her own will-- surely if someone had taken her, wouldn't they be smart enough to trap her?
adriana didn't care though. she got up from the bed and opened the door slowly. she took a breath before running down the long hallway outside the door.
"damn, this hallway is never-ending" adriana thought. there were so many corners and twists and turns. the hallway itself was decorated with fine decor and furniture. she was undoubetdly inside a mansion.
adriana turned around a corner and found a flight of stairs. at the bottom was preseumably the front door. "this it it--" adriana whispered. she bolted down the stairs.
before she could reach the front door, a pair of arms grabbed her from behind. "she's awake!" a voice called out. "let me go!" adriana screamed. with all of her strength she tried kicking and punching.
the man behind picked her up and brought her to what looked like a living room. he flung her on a couch, "sit and wait here" he demanded.
the man didn't look familiar at all. there were other men who were watching her as well. adriana stayed seated on the couch like requested. she was almost shaking in fear.
adriana stared at the floor with a stone face. what did they want her to wait for?
within adriana's peripheral vision, she saw a pair of white airfoce 1s approach the couch across from her. her eyes shifted from the floor to the person walking.
he was wearing an all black nike tech tracksuit. a black balaclava covered the mans face.
he sat promptly across from adriana, with two cups of steamy tea in his tattooed hands.
adriana was confused. she stole glances at him but continued to avoid eye contact with everyone.
the man placed the cups of tea on the coffee table in front of him. with his free hand, he pulled the balaclava off his head.
the face mask tugged at his curls as he pulled it off. he shook his head to adjust his hair.
"no way..." adriana thought to herself. she was no longer avoiding eye contact. she was full on staring at the man in front of her.
