Harper's POVMusic is vocal or instrumental sounds (or both) combined in such a way as to produce beauty of form, harmony, and expression of emotion... according to Google, but to me, It's the thing I've known my entire life. Something about it makes me want to compose my own music or choreograph my own dances to it.
Hi, My name is Harper Soto, and I was born a Musical Prodigy. Most prodigies usually come from multi-generational talented families or, according to the Asian stereotype, "Forced to play an instrument right out of the womb", but I learned it naturally without any of that.
I'm usually at home practicing whichever new instrument I'm learning or I'm recording a new song cover in my basement/music studio or singing to my dog while I'm playing guitar, which is fine I guess... The only real downside to it is that there's not a whole lot of socialization with anyone my age, but that all changes, as today is my first day of high school!
I open my eyes and sit up in my bed to stretch, as I let out a yawn.
Harper: (Yawns) Good morning, Cobo!
Cobo, my sweet baby boy. He's a playful, loving, loyal, and very curious Aussie Collie, and I absolutely love him to death.
Harper: Come on boy, let's go get some breakfast!
I walked out of my room and downstairs, with Cobo by my side, as we entered the kitchen.
Harper: Morning, Everyone!
Keanu: Morning, Kiddo!
Hinami: Hey, Sweetie!
Keanu and Hinami Soto aka my parents. Usually, the idea that comes to mind with young soulmates is high school sweetheart, but my parents have been soulmates since middle school. They've had their future put together while learning PEMDAS.
Hinami: Oh don't forget, We're leaving a little early so you and your cousin can find your classes.
My cousin Eliza. Don't take her age or size for granted. Eliza Soto is a real Marketing Genius. She knows how to make money in her small businesses and she'd never miss the opportunity to put a price on something. My question is, who gives an 11-year-old a business permit? Anyway, Eliza is living with us until her dads get back from their trip to Peru. They're Archeologists, so they find fossils that haven't been discovered. Real Jurassic Park vibes.
