"She's cute," Jungkook said, watching Mimi scurry around the room, collecting her toys. "And she's definitely got your spunk."

Taehyung couldn't help but laugh. "That she does," he agreed, ruffling Mimi's hair as she passed by. "But she's also a handful."

As Mimi disappeared into the hallway, Jungkook took a moment to appreciate the sight of Taehyung in his clothes, his heart racing with the thought of what the future might hold. "I had no idea you had a mini-me running around," Jungkook said, his voice filled with amusement.

"Yeah. Some people even think she's my daughter instead of my twin's," Taehyung said with a laugh, watching as Mimi dragged a stuffed unicorn into the hallway. "Her name's Taeshi. She's a bit of a free spirit."

Jungkook felt a twinge of something in his chest that he couldn't quite identify. Jealousy? Surprise? It didn't matter. What mattered was that Taehyung had a twin sister, and Jungkook had never known. It was a shock, to say the least, to think there was a part of Taehyung's life he hadn't uncovered in his five-year obsession. But as he watched Taehyung interact with Mimi, the feeling grew into something more like awe.

Taehyung was a natural with kids. His voice was gentle, his eyes sparkling with warmth and patience. Jungkook had seen him in many roles. The seductive stranger, the fiery performer, the tender lover. But this was a new side to him, and it was fascinating. It made him want to know more about Taehyung, to dig deeper into the layers of this complex, beautiful man.

As Mimi disappeared into the bedroom, Taehyung turned to Jungkook, his smile soft. "I'm sorry she's not used to seeing me with someone," he said, his voice a little apologetic. Jungkook stepped closer, placing a hand on Taehyung's waist. "It's okay," he assured him. "I like her. She's... different."

The words hung in the air, loaded with meaning. Taehyung knew Jungkook wasn't just referring to Mimi's energy. He was acknowledging the change in their relationship, the sudden introduction of a child into their intimate space. Jungkook's acceptance was like a balm to Taehyung's soul, easing the fears that had been lurking in the back of his mind.

They stood there for a moment, their bodies close but not touching, the tension between them palpable. Taehyung could feel the warmth of Jungkook's hand through the fabric of his shirt, a reminder of the possessive way Jungkook had held him earlier. The thought sent a shiver down his spine, making him crave more of that intensity.

"You should go before the rain gets heavier," Taehyung said, his voice a soft murmur that barely reached Jungkook's ears over the sound of the TV. Jungkook nodded, reluctance clear in his eyes. He stepped closer, his hand sliding up Taehyung's arm to cup his face, tilting it up for a lingering kiss. The warmth of Jungkook's mouth was intoxicating, and Taehyung melted into it, forgetting the world outside their embrace.

When they broke apart, Taehyung's eyes searched Jungkook's, his hand coming up to trace the line of Jungkook's jaw. "Please drive safe," he whispered, his voice barely above a breath. Jungkook nodded, his eyes filled with understanding. He leaned in again, his lips brushing against Taehyung's in a promise of more to come. "Always," he murmured, the words a vow that sent a thrill through Taehyung's body.

With one last lingering kiss, Jungkook turned and made his way to the door, the sound of his boots on the hardwood floor echoing in the quiet apartment. Taehyung watched him go, his heart feeling both full and empty at the same time. As the door clicked shut behind Jungkook, Taehyung took a deep breath, trying to center himself.

The scent of Jungkook's cologne lingered in the air, a potent reminder of the passionate evening they had shared. He glanced down at the ring on his finger, the sapphire winking in the dim light. The weight of it was both comforting and terrifying, a symbol of the depth of Jungkook's feelings and the promise of a future Taehyung wasn't sure he was ready for.

He looked down at Jungkook's clothes on his body, feeling both vulnerable and powerful in his oversized attire. The thought of his niece seeing him this way made him chuckle to himself. He knew she'd have a million questions in the morning.
