I woke up to a pair of arms around my waist and a big strong chest pulling me in. I looked down at our hands smiling at the ring I was given Then I feel a pair of lips on my shoulder 'you should be sleeping..' I said smiling looking back at him "but I wanted you.." he says as I turn to him now fully awake looking at him not buying it ' why aren't you sleeping? And don't say its because your on night shifts OP told me your not.' I reply "OP? Is that your new nickname for Optimus its cute, and I'm not avoiding sleep" he says as his eyes flicker down he's lying. 'You cant lie to me its because of the flash backs isn't it... Your getting nighmares' I say as he tries to jump the subject 'were worried about you.. please stop jumping the subject you haven't said anything about what happend to me..' I put a hand upon his chest. he sighs and agrees to tell me and then he spills everything.
* He tells me about how they split him and Hotrod up how he interigated him chained up almost kneeling he leaves him with two others too do his dirty work and how they took the opatunity to use him kike a punch bag he tried to fight back but was cruley shocked and hit in sensative places.
he was picked up and slammed into every surface untill cuts and dents littered him they even used weapons on him pulled him around by his sensative doors sparking for god knows where he fought till he couldn't any more and still contined taller bigger stronger he had know chance hit over again and again the last time being picked up by Megatron as he's coughing up energon and thrown to floor, then taken to the sell as I show up and we talked before he... Died and was brought back to life.*
He cries in my arms after telling me about it and the nightmares and I realise what bad PTSD he has but I could feel there was something else not quite right and I was going to get to the bottom of it.
A few hours later and sending him to go sleep properly under a watchfull eye of Hound me and the other nest lads were having a training session with my friends, Hide and hotrod of corse the guns were duffs but they still dam hurt I can tell you.
Lennox lines us up Infront of the pair of bots before proceeding to lecturer us "okay Right so what have we learnt quick fire round. Best way to to take a bot down fast.." "take out the legs", "wrong! Legs go down gun comes out You're dead next!" He says to Lucy, "Go for the arms and disabled the guns?" JJ says "nope takes two too take out and arm and the other arms open boom your dead next" Lennox says.
'If it's a team effort Go for the eyes if you can't see you can't shoot properly then you move in take out the legs and go for the arms' I say crossing my arms getting a nervous look off the pair as Lennox says "yes that would be a good way to do it but We are definitely not trying that ok so that concludes battle lessons for today let's get some lunch."
We all go off as JJ and my girls go in to get changed coverd in dust from fighting. "Are you not joining them Mon a mei?" Hot rod asks me 'nope being dirty dosent bother me besides I'm out here with you lot I'll just get dusty again' I smirk as he asks if I wanna hand out so we go off and hang out by the back barns him in robot form we mess about as we try a few more... playful tactics as I jump off one of the platforms into a flip as he catches me we laugh as I show of my parkour skills just as Optimus hallpens to come round the corner and catches me jumping off a very high part of the building.
He's fast to grab me worried I was about to hurt myself 'aww prime...' I whine as he gives me a worried look with a raised eyebrow 'I'm fine I was doing parkour but thanks for the catch' I laugh. "Are you jumping from extreme heights again young lady?" I hear my father's voice from below with also the same look as Optimus. 'No... I was practising catch manoeuvres with Hotrod' I say sassy 'besides you know me' I say to which he replies "yeah to well... And all of your tricks you little hevan get down here" he says as I'm put on the ground 'your so boreing...you used to be fun' "I am fun but safety comes first. Just be careful" he says as I walk away.
As she walks off hotrod not wanting to be in trouble too decides to slip away as well leaving the pair to talk.
Luke shakes his head chuckling "from the moment she turned two I knew that she would be a little terror and she still is.. she's never been afraid of almost anything except spiders but most people are scared spiders nasty things.. and losing people"
"I remember a young bot like that loud determined always making people laugh it's a shame he had to go up for so fast.. He has become one of my very best and oldest friends maybe like a little brother.. I'm glad I finally get to see him happy" Optimus says in thought as Luke says "Bumblebee I guess? And I have to admit they make the perfect pair don't they.?" Optimus humms in agreement and they head back to see what the rest were doing.
The bots were playing ball around the corner Paige and her friends were in the pond out back with cade playing in the water while her mother was sat talking to nest squad and had made lemonade bringing it out to everyone. Soundwave was peacefully sitting in the shade enjoying peace and quiet with.. ratchet? Who would have thought Hound says to Optimus that he's on tonights night shift with Bee he'll take one side and he can do the other share the shift load and so Optimus agrees.
