With their knees still touching Chris noticed that her phone was buzzing. He reached out and accidentally read it before giving it to her. It was a facetime call from her boyfriend. "Drew.." Catalina stood up and walked out of the room, Chris following close behind.

"Hey!" She answered as he tried to stay out of the phone view. "Hola mi amor," Chris cringed. "hi," Catalina smiled as she sat on the couch. Chris walked over to the cat tree and grabbed his two favorite cats. "How's tour?" She asked as she looked at Chris sitting down, far away. 

"Great... I miss you tho," He watched as Catalina blushed and threw her head back. "I miss you too," Chris looked down as he petted Luna and Star. The cats cuddled onto him like they knew he still liked the girl. 

"When do we see each other again?" Andrew asked his voice making Chris upset. "I have news about that!" Catalina smiled as she rested her head on the couch. "Around your New York City dates, I'll be SNL's musical guest!" She squeed as Chris turned to her, he didn't know this. 

"Oh, that's so cool! I loved doing SNL," 

"Yeah I am so excited," Catalina felt Chris stare. "But that is so far away," Andrew wined as Catalina laughed. "You will survive," She mumbled as he nodded. After a few moments of silence, Andrew whispered. "I have to go... Rehearsal," She nodded as they said their goodbyes. 

"So... SNL?" Chris said as he scooted closer to the girl. "Yes! It's two months away so I am thinking of doing one of my new songs," Catalina smiled. "We should all go!" Chris smiled as she nodded. 

"OH! An NYC trip with all of us would be so fun," Catalina said, taking Star out of Chris's lap and smiling.

for the past week I've been reading this story and planning out how many chapters its gonna have and whats gonna happen so
I'm lowkey back. 

I cant promise the nest chapter will be soon but definitely not 5 months after this filler chapter lol
