" What are you saying Iseul? "
Mr. Choi looked towards his daughter then apprehensively asked her.
" Appa it's true Jungwoo & me love each other....and I won't marry someone else beside him! "
Iseul replied after gathering some courage while everyone's eyes shifted to jungwoo.
" Jungwoo is it...true? "
Jungkook abruptly asked his son for confirmation.
" I-Its true dad w-we love each other "
Jungwoo nodded then answered in his gruff voice while jungsoo was fuming in jealousy & anger.
Meanwhile junghoon's heart break into million pieces. He never expected this to happen with him. The one & only girl he loved in his life loves someone else, his brother.
His all dreams shattered like a delicate sand castle within a few seconds.
His mind went completely blank. His heart was bleeding in silence cuz the indescribable feelings she made him feel was never reciprocated.
He was in utmost pain right now. The reality burst his bubble of assuming that she too loves him back.
He was the first one to see her, he was the first one to fell for her, he was the first one to protect her from all the difficulties. In spite of all these he didn't get anything in return. His love was never mutual.
Why God did this to him? Now how will he go on with his life having an unrequited love towards her?
He became another man in her life....
"The worst feeling is falling for someone and knowing that they won't be there to catch you."
He glanced at her with empty eyes then smiled woefully.
The milieu was quiet and subtle with several unspoken words. Nobody uttered a word until junghoon initiated to break the silence.
" Dad why yall went silent suddenly? We're here for a wedding proposal right...the bride is ready so we should start finalizing the wedding date now "
Junghoon calmly said making Iseul's heart race in fear.
He pretended to be stoic & nonchalant despite of the emotional turmoil building inside him.
He look at her horrendous facial expression and continued.
" Jungwoo are you ready to marry Iseul?? "
Junghoon asked while forcing a warm smile.
Jungwoo instantly looked towards his big brother in disbelief then hesitantly nodded his head.
" Great! So now we have to start planning the wedding dates & arrangements...Dad! Mr. Choi! Do you guys have any suitable wedding date in your mind?? "
Junghoon said everything in one go while everyone were surprisingly watching him.
" H-Hoonie...."
Naeun's words came out as a whisper, she knows how his son must be going through right now.
" Do you both have any personal preferences of your wedding venue or you wanna have destination wedding?? "
Junghoon casually asked looking at jungwoo & Iseul.
