RICHIE POV
It's been a few days since I've been in the hospital. I know I'm not using my own body right now. But it's like Kirk's memories are slowly coming back.
I don't know how it happened. "Why? Am I going back to being a ghost?" These are questions I don't know if I can answer.
"Richie?"
I turn to my side. I'm not surprised when Freeya appears beside me. My "guide." I've been in Kirk's body for a few days now.
And I still haven't gotten any information about my death or my fiancé.
"Why does it feel like I'm slowly fading from Kirk's body, Freeya?" I ask Freeya, who is looking at me seriously. "What's that look?"
These are questions I ask her that she doesn't answer.
"Freeya? Are you okay?"
I seem to have gotten her attention. "Did you say something, Richie?"
She asks me.
"Uhm, I was saying... why does it feel like I'm slowly fading from Kirk's body? I don't know what will happen, Freeya."
Her expression suddenly turns serious.
"You've broken a rule, Richie. You've violated the rules."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
She takes my hand.
"Didn't I tell you? Don't interfere with the problems of the living."
I push her hand away. "Is this because of the other day?"
FLASHBACK
I close my eyes because of the pain in my head. It's aching again. Suddenly, the door opens and a tall man comes in. He's wearing a jacket with a hood and a mask.
"What are you doing here?" I ask him because I don't recognize him because of his clothes.
He slowly approaches me, and he removes the hood from his head and the mask from his face.
"Kirk? Do you know that because of you, our deal with the Phoenix group will be ruined?" He starts, but I don't know what he's saying.
"Ah! What are you talking about?"
"Can't believe it. Didn't you say it's all a drama? So why can't you say anything now?"
That's strange. What drama is he talking about?
"I don't know what you're talking about? Please go!"
I see anger in his face.
"You have to fix this mess, Kirk! Before Freen finds out everything."
"What?" I ask him, confused. "What do you mean?"
"Stop this nonsense, Kirk!" He yells at me angrily. "You planned all this. You told me you would do everything to get Freen's inheritance and pay back the money we lost to the Phoenix group?"
I stop because of what he said. "Ah-what did you say?" I repeat.
He grabs my hand angrily. "You need to kill her right away. Before Becky finds out everything!"
I can't believe that Kirk is behind all of this. He planned all this? Just for money?
"If you don't find a way to fix this, Kirk, I'll reveal the truth that you killed Freeya and her fiancé."
