Christina POV.
"Come on, girls. Let's go. Come on, let's move it." Ms. Abby called.
The girls and I plus our moms walked into the studio. The girls and I stood in a straight line with our moms standing on the side in a straight line.
"Of course, we have to talk about Bernardsville, New Jersey. Second, second, second, second and first with Mackenzie and Christina duet. The duet with Nia and Kendall got fifth. It's okay. Everybody needs knocked down a few pegs. Even you, Christina. Such is life." Ms. Abby says.

"So, let's talk about the group dance. You looked exquisite, but I didn't see a love story. If you want to be second, then you did a great job. If you want to win, you might have to go back to the basics. I'm not going to yell at you or scream at you or anything else. I'll just smile and be sweet and nice, and you be second." Ms. Abby says.

"This week, we will be traveling to Minneapolis, Minnesota. We will attend Intensity Dance. We've been there before. We're going again. So, let's move on to the pyramid. First, Mackenzie." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing Mackenzie's headshot picture.
"11 points between you and the next person. 11 points. But you did an outstanding job in your duet. Next on the pyramid, Nia." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing Nia's headshot picture.
"You weren't feeling well. We can blame that. You know how to perform, but the legs get sloppy, the feet get sloppy, the arms get sloppy. Next I have...Paige." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing Paige's headshot picture.
"Your arms... out of control. I tell you; you still do it wrong. Next, Chloe." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing Chloe's headshot picture.
"You did four turns in the corner, stunning. Then you bobble on simple, easy things. I threw you a lifeline. You must have missed it." Ms. Abby says, as Chloe nodded.
"Next, Christina." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing mine headshot picture.
"Christina, you did an outstanding job in your solo and your duet but the solo got second place along with Chloe's solo so your second on the pyramid." Ms. Abby says, making me nod.
"Next, Kendall." Ms. Abby ripped off the paper revealing Kendall's headshot picture.
"Remember I told you before your mom could hurt you or she could help you? This week, she helped you." Ms. Abby says, as Kendall smiled.
|Kendall is second on the pyramid this week, one spot away from Christina. This is great. Only one spot away from the top, and I'm not gonna stop until she gets there.|Jill Vertes| Dance mom
