"you're ready Mingyu?" DK asked to which the rapper responded with a thumbs up as he out on the head phones ready to start recording for his latest album Pain.
"Testing." Woozi said as he began produifing the sound that went along with Mingyu's song.
Wonwoo looked around the record room. It was no doubt his favorite place in Pledis. Whenever he got inside , he couldn't help but imagine what it would be like to record a song.
Getting into the music industry , more precisely becoming a rapper had always been his dream from early on. He had studied fine arts in high school and obtained a degree in song writing under music faculty.
However he , hadn't really gotten an opportunity to actually work with someone who saw his talent to sing and rap.
Mr. Coups had recommend he tried out the manager position when Wonwoo's internship was about to decline and he had accepted the opportunity. The job was the closest thing to being in the music industry.
Even now , just being inside the record room made the manager feel a sense of rush like kid on an adrenaline. Whenever Mingyu came to record any of his songs , Wonwoo would imagine himself in the younger's place producing a song.
He and Mingyu's eyes made contact. The younger smirked and winked at him from behind the glass much to his confusion.
What was that about ?
"That's good for today. Don't you think ?" DK said to him and Wonwoo nodded absent minded.
"Where to?" Mingyu asked as they walked outside Pledis.
Wonwoo read the planner on his tablet , "Uh....We've to go to the hotel for your shoot from 8-12."
He could hear the rapper grumbling , "am I going to get a chance to eat anything today?"
"I gave you pudding."
"It wasn't enough hyung." as if to further elaborate , Mingyu's stomach growled or more like rumbled very loudly. Mingyu frowned and patted his stomach.
Wonwoo just gave the younger a deadpan look , "What is it with you and food all the time. " Wonwoo said as he opened the door to the van.
"You know i can't help it hyung." The rapper pouted.
They arrived at the hotel bickering even upon getting there . Three years and they were still bickered over childish things.
"Jun? Why are you calling?" Wonwoo said surprised by the idol/ artist's call. Jun had been one of the idols at Pledis he got along with very well.
"I heard from my agent that Mr. Coups is angry with me."
Wonwoo made a sound , "angry is a small world. Why are you taking more projects when you know you're supposed to be here?"
