It's official. It's our first day at Arsenal... I feel so out of place already. The past few days all I've wanted to do is go and see Mills, Mearps or Tooney. I miss them like crazy. I hate it. I wish I didn't agree to the contract like Lessi did but I have bad separation anxiety when it comes to her so I wouldn't be in a good state, at all.
Alessia has seemed to fit in well with the girls right away, unlike me. I've sort of shut down. Her first day was two days ago as I still didn't feel mentally ok. She's convinced me to come in today and start my training today plus my contract date to start was today anyways so I am meant to turn up.
It's currently 7am and I'm still in bed, trying to be as lazy as possible and avoid today, when she just comes bursting into my room.

Alessia: Abbie get up. We have training at 9, we need to be ther by 8:30.
Abbie: * groans* Noooo... * whines*
Alessia: Abs I mean it. Get up.
Abbie gets up
Abbie: Fine, but I'm still gonna hate it.
Alessia: You say that and then you'll actually love it.
Abbie: It's not United. So I'll never love it.
Alessia: Just get the training kit on please? I'll be downstairs with breakfast. Do your morning stretches, work out, shower, do something other than lie in bed.
Alessia leaves the room

I know Abbie suffers from separation anxiety and everything but she still has to try today. I can't "baby" her anymore just 'cause she's my little sister, even if I promised Mum I'd look after her. I hate that I can't help her feel safe or better with this situation. All I can do is make her come and try and get her settled. She'll love the girls. I know it. She'll take to Katie immediately. Or Steph. Or Leah. Probably Leah and Katie the most. Either of them would help so much and try to make her feel comfortable.

Abbie walks down after about half an hour on her phone
(Abbie's wearing the grey Arsenal training kit with her black Nike sliders and Millie's red Nike hoodie she let Abbie steal) (her hair is in two French braids)
She has her boot bag and anything else she needs on her too
Alessia: Who are you texting?
Abbie: Just Mills.
Alessia: She alright?
Abbie: Yeah.

>If it is that bad babes, my advice would be to take it one day at a time. I get it'll take you time to settle but you can always call me or Tooney or Mearps. You've got Lessi with you and I'm sure when you get to know the Arsenal girls you'll have them too. If today doesn't go well call me after and talk to me. You know I'm always here for you xx

(A/N: Just to clarify Millie and Abbie have been best friends since Abbie and Alessia joined Man United, ever since their first day Millie and Abbie were practically attatched by the hip, Millie took Abbie under her wing for the first few weeks and they were inseparable ever since)
Abbie puts her phone in her hoodie pocket along with her airpods
Abbie: You driving?
Alessia: Yeah. Eat and then we'll go.
They leave after Abbie eats
They arrive at Arsenals training grounds
Once Alessia parks the car they walk inside, being greeted by Jonas
Jonas: Morning Russos. Today we will be doing gym, health and then later on we'll be on the pitch doing some drills and hopefully we'll get you to play a mini match. Alessia if you wouldn't mind showing Abbie around today. The other girls are in the common or the relaxation area, as some girls call it, make yourselves comfortable and I'll see you later. I just have a meeting so Kim and Leah will make sure to start training with everyone.
Alessia: Thanks Jonas. Yeah I will.
Abbie: Thank you.
Alessia takes Abbie to the changing rooms first and she puts her trainers on
(Abbie now has on black Adidas trainers)
They go to the common/relaxation area
When they walk in Alessia immediately joins Lotte, leaving Abbie stood alone by the door where they walked in
Katie sees her and walks over
Katie: I'm Katie. You must be Abbie, yeah?
Abbie: Yeah. Nice to meet you.
Katie: You too. We were just have a game of table tennis if you wanted to join us?
Abbie: Uh sure, yeah.
Katie leads Abbie to the table tennis table where Leah and Beth are stood along with Caitlin
Katie: This is Caitlin, Beth and Leah.
Leah: * smiles* Hey. Are you Alessia's little sister by chance?
Abbie: * blushes and smiles* Yeah. I am.
Beth: Nice to meet you. You wanna play with us?
Abbie: If thats ok?
Leah: Of course.
Katie: You're on my team.
Leah: Give us a chance to have her McCard.
Abbie: * chuckles lightly* Fighting over me already ladies?
Leah: * smirks* I'll always fight for you Russo.
Abbie: * blushes* Can I choose? If so I choose Katie.
Katie: * smiles* Yes!
They play table tennis with Katie and Abbie beating Leah and Beth
Eventually they go out on the pitch after gym and a health check up
