"Why don't you learn to cook on your own Khun Home? So that you don't have to pay me extra", Peach said in his usual firm tone.

Home was lying on the bed. He yawned.

"I'm loaded. Why would I learn this ? I can pay you as much as you want ".

Peach didn't reply to him and concentrated on cooking.

"When will it be ready? Please be quick ", Home whined but Peach ignored it.

After finishing cooking the meal Peach brought the plate full with food to Home.

"Here is the food khun Home".

"I can't eat it all", Home said after glancing at the plate.

"You should eat up. Do you want to go back to your mom being skinny? She'll complain I didn't take care of you ", Peach said sternly.

"Then feed me", Home smirked.

"You have your own hands right?"

"No I don't. Feed me. Do you want me to pay you for this?", Home playfully pouted and Peach sighed heavily.

He took the plate and started feeding Home who was enjoying the food.

After that he brought a towel and wiped Home's face and put his palm against his forehead.

"You are burning again, lie down here. I'll bring some cold water", Peach left the room.

Home smiled. It's been two weeks he's with Peach and he loves his company. Nobody never dares to be bossy around Home but Peach doesn't care. Though he's just a subordinate of them but he doesn't really give a damn about this world. He's moody. But he's a good hearted person. Home liked him.

"Come on. Have you taken your meds? Lie down closing your eyes. I'll wipe your body ", Peach sat on Home's bed.

Peach unbuttoned his shirt awkwardly and started wiping his body.

"Peach why do you act so annoyed?", Home grinned.

"Cause you are annoying ", Peach rolled his eyes.

"How could you say that? I'm lovely. I wonder if you are like this to me only or everyone", Home pouted but Peach ignored his words.

Home took Peach's hand and put it against his cheek,"Please stay with Nhoo na, for tonight ~ P'Peach"

"Stop acting like this. Sleep now. You need to wake up early tomorrow", Peach scolded him.

"I don't want to go back to Bangkok please.....", Home rubbed Peach's palm against his own cheek.

Peach didn't stop him but didn't reply him either.

Soon Home drifted off and Peach slowly took his hand back from him.

He looked at Home. He's surely a brat. But when he sleeps he looks so innocent and pure. As if he needs all kinds of protection for living in this world.
Peach shook his head and chuckled very softly.

He is just a worker for Home's family. The biggest house in this village is owned by Home's grandfather. The house is empty for a long time. Peach is the care giver for last six months. He started living in the house of the ex caregiver who left the place, with his sister. When Home's family approached him for this job he agreed.

Suddenly two weeks ago Home , the heir of that family came to that house out of the blue and started living.
Peach was surprised but that day Home's mom called and informed him that Home argued with his parents and left the house. He would be living here until he calms down. So Peach needed to take care of him.
He's actually a good cook and he even cooked for Home as he came to know that this spoiled baby can't do anything on his own.

But after one week he fell sick. The water and the environment of this place aren't suiting him at all. It's his first time in this village.

Peach informed it to Home's family and Home's mom strictly ordered Home to come back. He was reluctant but Peach made him agree. And he's going tomorrow.

Finally Peach is free from the babysitting job.

He sighed and went to his house making sure that Home is sleeping well.

At morning Peach helped Home with his lauggeage and came to see him off.

"Peach I'll come back soon. Mom won't leave me now but after I recover I'll come back immediately.  You haven't took me to see the lake which is full of Lotus. Grampa says it's a beautiful place. I'm coming again soon", Home grinned and Peach hummed in response.

"Keep this stone with you, in case you miss me. I collected this beautiful stone from somewhere", Home giggled.

Peach rolled his eyes but took it from him.

"Bye. Smile more okay", Home gave a quick sniff kiss to Peach's cheek and left while grinning ear to ear.

Peach was standing there as long as he could see Home's back.

Some days later ~

"Pang, get ready. We are leaving soon. You still have to pack up your things. Don't be lazy ", Peach was packing his bag.

"Oh Hia...you are too impatient to meet P'Fern . Haha, nobody is snatching your wedding date. I'll enjoy too, relax", PangPang teased her brother.

"Get ready ", Peach was unbothered by the tease.

Before living the house Peach glanced at the table.

The stone Home gave him was there. Peach kept looking at it for a few seconds. Then he picked it up.

He thought he wouldn't commit any crime in this life and he's surely going to keep his words. But this little stone won't be a bother right? This cute thing is too helpless to cause trouble.

But it's enough to give Peach a reminder that there was the sweetest sin he didn't dare to commit and chose to run away.

Peach took it with him.

He carreessed the stone.

"E'Hin...... this is so cute like you but not soft like your face", Peach smiled a bit.

Home didn't recover quickly but he heard the news of Peach quitting the job. He texted him , called him but it didn't even reach him.

He remembered Peach loves to write letters. He used to write letters to someone often.

Home wrote,

"Peach , why did you quit the job? Was the payment too little? Just let me know okay! I'm still sick. This viral fever isn't leaving me soon. But I promise I'll go to visit you soon. Don't worry "......

I don't really know what happened after that. The letter returned to Home with a news that nobody lives in that address. I don't know how Home reacted or what he did after that.....

What could he possibly do ? Probably he went to the village just to find out the house is really empty and visit the Lotus lake on his own ...??

All I know is that Peach never came back to the village again......
