Cats. The only thing in the world E hated besides abuse. Brownie was lapping up some of her water, then she was interrupted. E snatched her up from her lovely afternoon drink. Wheatley was gone..Why not?

"Alright, Listen. We both have a LOT of things we're going to regret..But I reaaaalllly really hate you."

Brownie stared.

"Stop staring at me, Cat!" E shouted. Brownie hissed, and he dropped her. "My gosh, Cat.." E muttered as he walked away. Brownie was right on his heels, as he slipped on some shoes. "Shoo." Brownie didn't obey his command. E sighed, and decided not to bother the cat anymore.

The door creaked, and the older one of the two walked inside. Brownie ran over, looking up, and meowing at Wheatley. Wheatley picked her up and hugged her, strolling over to the couch.

"Look at you, You little fatty." Wheatley chuckled. The cat was already fat. But Hey, all things aside. Brownie rested herself on his lap as he pulled out a book.

Bookworm.

Something clattered in the kitchen.

"Christopher, Was that you?"

"No.."

No? What does he mean, No?

"You sure?"

"Yes, I am VERY Sure, Nigel!" E screeched. Wheatley shook his head, and got up, strolling to the kitchen.

Nothing. Nothing was in there. A letter flew in. It was for Wheatley and E. Wheatley grabbed it and carefully pulled it out, switching his glasses. A Job? You literally mean he could switch jobs? Scientist? Ohhh, Wheatley knew it. He was taking the job.

No doubt. Everyone was panicking. Scientist were running everywhere, hands clasped around their throats.

"Don't breathe it in!" One of them shouted. Wheatley had to hold his own throat. Neurotoxin, A toxin that melts the brain. Wheatley struggled to not breathe it in, while E was having a hard time breathing. Bodies fell to the floor, One by one.

Make her stop! Make her stop! Wheatley wanted to scream the words, but he couldn't. His throat was dry. A woosh of air rushed by. The Neurotoxin was cleared from the room. Only a few survived. Wheatley fell to the floor, on his knees, next to E. E was breathing, but out cold. Wheatley fell to the floor, closing his eyes, and fell into a deep sleep.

A light flooded into the room. Wheatley cracked an eye open, and stared at the ceiling. He tried to lift an arm, but couldn't. He was restrained to a table, with E nowhere to be found.

I want out! OUT! Wheatley kept screaming in his mind. Struggling to break free, Wheatley was flopping around like a fish out of water. He got a wrist free, then the other, then worked on his legs. He slid off the table, adjusting his lab coat. He stumbled out, finding E in the other room, staring at the floor. Wheatley strolled on in, sitting next to E. E never looked up.

"E?"

"I hate that name. Stop."

"Sorry.." Wheatley muttered. What got into E? Maybe the neurotoxin incident? Yeah. Probably. E shook his head, and started to cry. Wheatley hugged him.

"It's going to be okay.."

"No it won't!"

"It will! We gotta go see Brownie.."

"Fine."

Brownie was laying in the floor, skinny, bones out.
"She's sick!" Wheatley said, picking up the brittle cat. She meowed, but it was weak. Very weak.

"Do we need to take her to the vet?"

"I believe so, Christopher."

E sighed. "That's gonna be a lot of...moo-lah. Money."

"Yeah. And?"

E shook his head. "Fine. We'll take her."

(A/N: Can you all let me know if you want another Chapter? Because, I don't have any ideas for Chapter 7. I do RP as Wheatley and E, So, I built a story based off Portal. Kay?)
