"Ms. Claudia Azalie Amore Delgado, our new architect designer" the assistant manager introduced me to my work mates
I worked in my parents company as of the moment, kuya Coline works as the CEO and kuya Caleb works as Chief Engineer . We're in the same department but not the position tho
"Nice meeting you everyone" I greeted showing a soft smile to them
As I roam my eyes to look at the surroundings I noticed a familiar guy walking towards my direction.

"Ah, Ms. Claudia this is sir Jio the Director of Design Department" she casually introduced him, I was too stunned to speak. I don't know what to say nor how to react..
"A-ah, so you're working here" I said out of nowhere
"Kilala niyo po isa't isa?" the assistant manager asked
"Ah, huh? Hindi, he just looks familiar" I answered awkwardly and immediately walked away. I went straight to kuya's office.
"Oh? You're here" bungad niya
"Ay hindi, I'm there" pamimilosopo ko
"So all this time you knew he works here and didn't mind telling me about it" I started the topic
"Huh?" He arched a brow
"Ah, right. Jio" he pointed out
"Yeah?" Pamimilosopo ko
"So what if he works here? This has nothing to do with your personal matter besides dad hired him, he's a good engineer. Actually he's one of our great engineers in our department " kuya answered
Right, it has nothing to do with me. It's been almost five years, but why I'm still haunted by the memories. Akala ko ba I've moved on already, what the hell is wrong with me..
"Kahit na, you should've at least told me" pagmamaktol ko
"Whatever" he rolled his eyes disregarding my presence and continued what he was doing
"Trabaho Claudia, wala ka sa bahay" kuya commanded so I went back to my place.
Before heading back to my office I went to the coffee station. As I enter the room I got overwhelmed by his presence, I didn't expect to meet him here.
He didn't care.
He passed by like he saw nothing.
After making my coffe I headed back to my office. Later on, the assistant manager assigned a task to me.
For how many years I didn't expect to meet him here, at our own company. For pete's sake!

"Ayoko nga, dami mong inu utos" reklamo ko, muntik ko ng makalimutang nagttrabaho nga pala ako

"Quit chit-chatting with me, ayusin mo trabaho mo or else I'll deduct that on your salary" pagbabanta ng loko
My day went not so well dahil nakita ko siya, dapat 'tong malaman ni Kaileah. For sure she'll be surprised too..
I chatted her to meet me at the coffee shop along session.
"Ah huh so what's the tea babe?" Pang aasar niya agad kararating palang e, like hindi ba pwedeng hinay hinay sis?
"Ayan, when it comes to chika otw agad as in right away pero kapag emergency yung otw mo naliligo palang, for real ka girl?" Pang aasar ko sakanya
"Oo na, ano nga ang chika?" excited na tanong niya?
"Girl si Jio, sa kompanya pala nag wowork chief engineer" pagsisimula ko sa balita
"Ay girl alam ko na 'yan, outdated na ang chika bes" dismayadong sagot ng babae
"Huh?" Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay, what the hell so all this time they all knew about it and I'm clueless.
I don't visit the company often ever since I worked at spain , I just came home about last year .
"Ay sis, f.o na tayo. You're not even updating me" pagtatampo ko
"Isip bata girl, well I was about too but sabi nila tita it's a good thing to keep it from you. Gusto nga nilang tanggihan si Jio but they badly need a good chief engr. so they had no choice" pag kkwento naman niya
"And so? You should've at least told me" pamimilit ko
"Ayan ka nanaman sa mga kagagahan mo 'teh, nangyari na o. Ano pang magagawa ko, hindi naman ako si wakanda para ibalik ang nakaraan bes" sagot niya
