Alexia's POV

"ALEXIAAAAAAAAAAAA" my little sister Madison said very loudly into my ears waking me up from a very nice sleep I was having. Madi is 10 and hasn't fully understood the concept of personal space. Madi and I have been stuck together like glue since she was born. Today is the second day of senior year. I'm Alexia Cheyenne Adams. I just turned eighteen on August 27th. I'm older than most in my grade so I'll be going to college at 19. After prying Madi from my arms, I get up, shower, do my skincare and makeup and get dressed. I decide to go with black flare leggings, a white under armor compression shirt, some ugg Tasmans and my goyard handbag I got for my birthday. My family lives a pretty comfortable life in my opinion. 

My mom, Akeila, is a retired model turned businesswoman, and my dad was a race car driver. I still miss him a lot. Seems like it was just yesterday the accident happened. The long scar across my chest is a constant reminder of the day I lost the most amazing man I ever met. after giving myself a once-over went back into my room to scroll on socials for a bit. I'm pretty well known because of my parents. my mom being a former Her secrets angel and my dad being a pro race car driver. With 1.4 million followers on insta, I went live to show all my beautiful fans my morning routine. after ending the live I blow out my curly hair. I have 3a hair from my mom being Egyptian and my natural tan skin from m y dad being from Florida. I have piercing emerald green eyes and a perfectly toned body but I don't like showing too much of it. waiting for the right person if you know what I mean.

 After Getting dressed I head downstairs where Madi, mom and mom's boyfriend, Emerson are sitting having breakfast. I never really liked Emerson, something about him just felt off. But for the happiness of my mother, I decided to put those feelings to the side and focus on the positive.

My best friend, my ride or die, my number one, Blake picks me up in her mom's Mercedes. it's a pretty nice car. My mom has the same one Emerson got for her on their 2 year anniversary. she drives that one but I drive my beautiful matte black mercedes g-wagon. it's literally my child.i got the car for my sixteenth but I don't drive it unless I really have to. I mainly drive our family car which is our Range Rover defender. But enough about that. 

Once Blake is outside I run to the car so fast I don't even notice I'm my face slaps the passenger window. "damn bitch that looked like it hurt" Blake said taking the blunt out of her mouth and releasing the smoke into the air. "Yea, hurt like a bitch" I said holding my cheek where I hit the door. I look back at my house to see Madi laughing hysterically while holding her phone. "I'm gonna get you back for that you little shit" I yell out the window at her while she's still laughing. We drive off to school while listening to the radio. My dad and I would always listen to the radio whenever he would take me to school. Soon, my dad's favorite song "water runs dry" by Boyz ii men comes on and I turn up the volume. I vividly remember when I was 12 my dad told me this was my mom and his wedding song. I remember cringing at his words and saying "ewww I don't wanna know about that"!!!!!!!. we had a good laugh that day and the memory will always stay close to my heart. 

I was pulled out of my trance by Blake who simply said "we're here". Before I got out of the car, Blake held my arm and made me look at her and wiped some stray tears from my cheeks. I didn't even realize  I was crying until she did that. "it's okay baby, I miss him too" she said while pulling me into a hug. Even though Blake was on the verge of being high, she still manages to be the most supportive person on earth. After pulling away, we start walking into the large halls of Sam Houston High school.
