When Spider-Man inexplicably disappears, the superhero community is left in shambles, prompting the Avengers to initiate an immediate search. Tony Stark, Peter's father, is consumed by determination and despair. Promising himself that he will not rest until he finds his son, his thoughts are clouded with overwhelming distress and fear for Peter's safety, feeling as if the world has been stripped of hope.

Days stretch on painfully, each one feeling like an eternity filled with uncertainty. The endless search takes its toll on everyone involved, but none more so than Tony, who grapples with the haunting possibility of losing Peter. Just as hopelessness begins to creep in, the moment finally arrives when Peter is discovered, lying weakly beneath the debris of a collapsed building. His frail state reveals the severity of his ordeal; he is barely clinging to life, trapped in a situation that could have ended tragically.

After weeks spent in the hospital, Peter is finally released from the hospital with the numbers of half a dozen therapists and psychologists recommended to him by the doctors and other hospital staff.

The trauma of his suffering leaves a deep impact on Peter, who finds himself haunted by vivid flashbacks and panic attacks that force him to relive the terror of those torturous moments. Although his physical injuries are slowly healing, the emotional scars run much deeper and prove to be far more challenging to navigate. He is trapped by a sense of vulnerability and fear, struggling to adjust the experience that has forever altered his view of safety and security in his world.
