The Race

Ameelia's POV
Tonight is a race and I'm totally going it's been awhile since I've been to one 'cause of this stuff with the Autobots. But finally I get to race my big mama I use for racing. You see I don't race with a car instead I race with a Chevy truck. I was just about to get in when none other then Nick Fury walks up to me "your dad said you'd be here Miss. Wayne I see he was right. Though you never were one for change were you? " I roll my eyes and say " I like change its just nice to have something old and that I know wont change every once in awhile. So what did you come here for, because I'm about to go race right now Patches?" He glares at me for the name I gave him although he will never say anything to me about, and I am the only one aloud to call him by this. "I'm here, because of the Avengers initiative we need you on the team," he says to me "really Patches I thought that was scrapped and besides I thought I didn't qualify 'cause and I quote 'you are to much like Tony Stark to ne on the team' so tell if you don't mind I'm going to go race now and we can talk after." With that I get in my truck and pull up to the starting line waiting for the race to start. (Watch the video above only look at the driving I'm Brian.)

After the race I walk over to Tej and give him the most of what I won from the race seeing as I already make a lot of money as is. I say my good byes than walk back over to Patches and tell him to follow me back to my place. When we get there he says "this isn't about that anymore we have an alien threatening the world and seeing as you work with aliens so well you are perfect for this team here is the files on your teams mates some you know some you know of be on the hovercraft tomorrow 9:30 am that's when you'll get briefed on the situation. Oh I already told your dad and all the other people or organization you are apart of so don't worry about them." Oh really everyone even Dom and them?" " Yes even them, you know you have a lot of people who care for and you care for as well." Yeah it lets me know I'm not alone and gives e something to hold onto and keep going." "Well that's good you finally figured that out." "I still act the same you know that right." "I wouldn't expect anything different." With that he left.

I read the files he gave me then hacked into S.H.I.E.L.D to get more of their info this way I know exactly who I'm working with. I honestly don't see how we will get along together with out something horrible happening to bring us together, but I could be wrong about it I have been before. Well I should go to bed and get some rest before tomorrow.

I woke up at 6:30 got showered, had breakfast and worked out. By the time I was finished with all that it was about 7:45 so I packed all of my weapons, and outfits that I often train in plus my 'hero' outfit. I then went outside let my wings out and flew off to the hovercraft with all my bags in hand.
