CHAPTER 2

        "Listen, what time will you guys leave with Bappa?" I was not supposed to make this call. I was not supposed to ask this question. It may seem like an over reaction, but it's not. Being a Hindu, I have never been to a visarjan but now? I am. I cannot handle the crowd. But now? I am ready to do it willingly. "You are seriously Coming for Visarjan? Tu aarahi hai?pakka?!??!" Aastha squeeled, she continued "shaam ko (evening) around 8, so don't skip ur lectures u can attend everything and come" I just hummed in response.
         Evening around 8 Namrata and I arrived for the visarjan Aarti that took long enough. Once that was over Aastha, Namrata and I stood in the corridor and Then I saw him. I had expected him to wear a kurta (cause men look HOT in Kurtas) but a Green shirt with Blue Jeans and white Shoes don't look bad,right? He looked breath taking, and I was honestly Grateful for the distraction. As much as I loved my bestfriends they kept yapping non-stop.
          By 10 we all left for the visarjan with Bappa in the tempo, along with huge speakers and us behind the tempo.
We danced our way till 11pm. The music eventually had to stop because of rules. While walking I had a bottle of water which I was sipping. I was so tired, I could've drank the entire bottle hadn't I seen the distraction beside me. He looked awkwardly at my bottle and said "Uhh Gimme some water" 4 words, 4 seconds, and My hand was giving him the water within fractions of seconds. Namrata was staring at me because she had asked for it first but I didn't care. Once he returned the bottle I gave it to her and she said in sarcasm "You betrayed me. I asked for it first" I rolled my eyes "How could I say no? He was being polite" she grinned at my sentence "Polite? There was no use of Please/excuse me, but ofcourse what can I expect from a F boy" at her last words My eyes shot to her "What?"
