𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐃 been now the time for Shanae to talk to Kamari, her knees buckling with each step she took towards his door—it started to rain suddenly but good thing she was under a dry area at the door, she gave two soft pats. Something about the universe was pulling her to him and she didn't know why or how.
Like the universe had something in store for them, being hurt many times would make a person not believe in love but she still did, she was done with the games. The door revealed the tall muscular teen standing straight in front of her, his shirt off and in basketball shorts like he was just taking a nap prior opening the door.
"Kamari." She began, "I'm sorry if I gave you mixed signals."
"You most definitely did Shanae, you had me thinking you was fuckin' with me now you gone with that nigga again made me a way, stop playing with people feelings and expect them to be okay with it."
"I know! I know, and I was wrong. Me and him broke up again."
"So? That's not my fault." He coldly replied before shrugging his shoulders, she had no more words to say—she was wordless seeing him behave so coldly but she deserved every bit of it, she led him on without even knowing.
"Come on you know that I'm sorry, the universe knows something."
"It clearly doesn't because I don't wanna be with you, that's the universe is doing to us. It wants us to be together."
"You figured out the truth?"
"Doesn't take a genius to figure out Shanae, it's called putting your two senses together which you don't even have one."
She buried her face into her hands in embarrassment. "But I can share mines with you, if that's what you want." He leaned against the doorway with a soft smile. She peeked through the cracks of her fingers and he took down her hands gently, holding them together. "Promise me that you only for me, got eyes on me, and everything. Because I did the same but you did me bad."
