"Bhai I miss him" Anaya cried looking at his brother.
"I miss him everyday Bhai. He was an important part of my life. He was the best person. Whenever I needed anyone, he stood by my side. He taught me everything biking, hiking, self defence everything. We used to spend whole day together. Then what happened all of sudden? Why did he do that to me??
Didn't he knew that I'll die because of him. I'm dieing Bhai. I'm dieing everyday. I'm destroying myself day by day.
He was like a breeze that soothes when gentle but devastates when fierce" a drop of tear fall from Ruhaan's eyes on his hands but he quickly wiped it not wanting to show her. The pain she is going through was known by him.
"You know sometime we need to let go of the thing which we can't handle. Whatever is destined to occur, will inevitably come to pass. Release the weight that binds you. Leave the past behind. Christ the moments in present and live happily with the people you have now" he tried to understand her.
"I'm trying Bhai everyday and I win sometime to overcome with it but it is as if the memories have a heart that beats only at night" her tears were flowing like a river. She were sobbing continuously. While room was echoing from her sobs. Ruhaan's heart wrenched seeing his sister like this. He never knew that incident will effect her that much. He thought she had come out of that trauma but he was wrong.
"Then come to me. You know I'm always there for you or just think about the things which make you happy the people, the friends, family. Call Faiz whenever you want. You know he will come on your one phone call. You have friends now go out with them, enjoy with them" his brother tried to understand her.
"I don't wanna be friends with them" Anaya said wiping her tears from her face .
"Why what happened? Oh hn I know why" Ruhaan said in serious tone. Anaya looked at him. Confusion evident in her eyes.
"You know?" She asked tilting her head.
"Yeah ofcourse. Because of Zayn. He is not a good boy. He gives me a bad boy vibes" Ruhaan said with a mischievous grin and amusement in his eyes.
"No he is not like that. Even he cares for me a lot. He helped me in shopping just like you. He was the one who took me to the hospital when I injured my knees. He brought the food when I didn't had the breakfast" Anaya counters entry barb with a swift retort, every snide remark with a sharp comeback.
Her brother laughed at Anaya. She feel embarrassed in front of him and tried to hide her face.
"Hnm I see. You started liking him. Don't you??" He asked looking at her playfully. Her eyes turned wide like she saw a ghost.
"Wha....what are you saying. It's.......it's not like that" she whispered.
"Then why don't you wanna be friend with them" he asked.
