as Marc went about his usual routine, his mind kept returning to the memory of Poon's expression. He couldnt shake the feeling that he had wronged Poon in some way.

he can't stop wondering if there was something he could do to make things right between them.

at the dinner table at home, Marc toyed with the food on his plate, his mind elsewhere and his appetite diminished.

his mom observed his behaviour. "Natarit, is my food not good?"

"no, mae. your food is always good. it's just, my mind is currently elsewhere." he explains.

his mom still looks worried as she knows Marc is going through something. seeing that expression, Marc felt relieved as he remembers he has a supporting mother that he could tell all his problems to.

"mae, do you remember the guy i said i've been searching since years ago?" Marc continued and asked.

his mom raised an eyebrow as her eyes widened. "you found him?"

"i found him, mae. but the problem is he was fine days ago, but somehow today he wont talk to me. i might did something that made him mad." Marc explains what has been on his mind.

"that's a good thing you found him. im sure you did nothing wrong, honey. maybe he just needed some time and space. leave it that way, he'll come back to you once he's ready." his mom calmed him down.

he hugs his mom tightly. "thankyou mae. but don't tell my brother about this, he would kill me."

thats when a creaking sound echoed as the sound of the door opening signaled the return of his brother.

"ohoo you guys had dinner without me? i've been busy the whole day you know." he said as he saw them both at the dinner table.

"oh Tharatorn?"

"ow Boom."
"i thought you went out with your friend and ate?" Marc gained his mood back from the sorrow.

"huh? oh? yeah. my friend. it was my friend. but he's the only one eating. im waiting for mom's cooking obviously." he responded.

Boom was acting furtively and was aware that others were catching on. he quickly changed the topic, and spend some quality time together as a family.
