The Ride

After the shooting I check to make sure Lo was okay and she didn't get shot meanwhile she was doing the same to me looking me over, we then look at the rest making sure they we're okay everyone was fine but a stripper was grazed with a bullet but shit that wasn't our problem. I told the guys we will be at my house in 10 min but then we were told that we're being followed so we're switching cars once we make it to garage of my fake place that Lele knows about, I look at him as if he has grown at least 3 heads and ask what do you mean fake place East I simply laugh and say Lele been working with Bubba this whole time why do you think I been keeping her around what ma alway told you keep your grass cut really low so you can out snake a snake at all times, but we gotta get really far from all this shooting cause shit getting crazy and I know the police will be here soon and we can't be no where near none of this bullshit, as we got too the parking garage we all went into separate cars we got into my white Audi I open the door for Lo and went to my side and got in but Lo stubborn ass talking about she's not going to my place take her home, I looked at her and simply smiled and gripped her thighs and bust out laughing cause even doe we ain't how we use to be she's forever my forever, she's my Griselda Blanco and forever will be every one knows it including her. Ima get her back but idk how ima do that because it's a lot she doesn't know but the distance between us was needed especially with everything that's going on and the passing of her mom's. I have been in love with Lo for years but was respectful and making sure that I was always I the shadows as I promised her moms. My phone started ringing snapping me out of my thoughts and it's Mari letting me know that they are behind us. But we need to make dumb turns incase we're being followed in no less then 45 min at my house after hanging up the phone I look over to my right and see Lo just staring out the window in deep thought so I place my right hand on her thigh and squeeze it like I use to do and tell her I'm sorry I tried to keep my word to Ma. Her head turns to me so fast and looks at me like I have five head and ask me to explain but I tell her we have dinner Sunday with my mom's  and everyone just be in place but I don't think it's safe for us too go our separate ways she started shaking her head saying NO and to stop the car so she can get a Uber to go home, I look at her crazy and tell her NO and just trust me cause it's a lot you don't know Lo, she starts laughing as if I made a joke so I said one name so she knows this shit real Aaliyah and she stops soon as I say that and sit's back and go MUTEEE. After I said her mother's name I keep looking over to make sure she's okay because I know that's what name that will make understand how serious, how dangerous and real this shit. Lo knows I don't play about her moms, it's asf she gave birth to me herself that's how close and tight we were I would go to her moms before I went to my own moms. Her moms taught me everything I know and my moms taught her everything she knows even doe I am a KingPin I learned from her mom because she was the Griselda Blanco and my mom was her right hand and once they found out the roles were reversed they made sure we knew our roles and what we gotta do and how we do everything but it's time for her to step up and take her rightful place next to me weather she's ready or not weather she's wants too or not because she's about to get real and nasty, all we have is the gang and my moms I just hope she remember's everything that's she was taught.
