Snufkin head-canons

Snufkin will be first cuz he's the main character.

Snufkin is a hybrid which are quite rare to produce due to many complications and are sterile.

Snufkin and Little My are full siblings and are the only children of Joxter (I am not calling him THE Joxter) since Mymblemama kept having miscarriages and it was mentally crushing them.

Snufkin is mainly Mumrik like his father and didn't start getting the Mumrik personality (he was born with Mumrik features but they were less severe) until he was 16 (I am making him younger).

Snufkin and Joxter were extremely close until Joxter left without saying goodbye making Snufkin think he was the reason by he left as he was the last one he talked too.

Snufkin has a very close friendship with Little My as she is his only family at Moomin valley.

No one knows Snufkin and Little My are siblings and they are often mistaked as a couple due to their closeness (they have a 6 year age gap).

Snufkin hides his tail by making it seem like a fluffy belt despite his dress covering it due to the bad reputation Mumriks have.

Snufkin is terrified of being forgotten since he feels Joxter has forgotten him.

Snufkin LOVES his alone time but if it's too quiet he gets uncomfortable.

Snufkin favourite animal is owls as they remind him of himself.

Snufkin is Aroace and not interested in having a relationship.

Snufkin dislikes having sleepovers as when he is wide awake everyone is sleeping or when he's sleeping everyone's active and waking him up.

Snufkin can whistle.

Snufkin can play the guitar but prefers his harmonica.

Snufkin had a piano but Little my jumped on it and broke it.

Snufkin almost got his tail cut off when he was 5 making his tail more sensitive then a normal mumrik tail.

Snufkin makes sure his dress is always covering the base of his tail if his tail can be seen as he doesn't want anyone to ask about his scar.

Snufkin often gets invited to the moomin house to take a bath after he comes back at spring but he always declines saying he washed before he arrived.

Snufkin can fake cry.

It's basically impossible to scare Snufkin.

Snufkin is autistic (he depends on people's scent to know their emotions).

If Snufkin is playing an instrument he will finish his song before talking to you.

Snufkin has a bow on his tail.

Snufkin is faster then his friends so he tends to hop (like hopscotch) so he doesn't overpass them.
