A tennis sensation for more than a decade, his father, Pete Sampras, left his mark on the world of tennis and triggered much curiosity about his personal goals and development. was born to former world No. 1 tennis player and 14-time Grand Slam winner Pete Sampras, and actress Bridgette Wilson in July 2005. Ryan's mother, Bridgette, was the ex-Miss Teen USA and is an actress and singer who has appeared in several films, such as Mortal Kombat and I Know What You Did Last Summer. Coming from two very successful parents, Ryan has been scrutinized by the public eye along with his older brother, Christian Charles Sampras.
