The Origins Of Daizee Dunde

(POV: No longer using Funshine's POV for the final chapter! What happened to him? It's up to YOU the reader/readers to decide what happened to him in your own creative ways! I will now mainly be having the other Care Bears be a part of this final chapter as a final goodbye for this Horror Story turned Hero of a book for the final send off.) The other Care Bears were laughing and playing in Care-A-Lot as usual. They'd forgotten about Funshine and Vastaeron by now as many years had passed since then. Oopsy Bear had been playing near the forest and he thought he heard something from deep within so he went to get the others. "Guys,guys! I thought I heard something inside of the forest!" Oopsy Bear said with a curious interest of what it could be. "Are you sure this isn't just another one of those scary stories you try and tell us,Oopsy? Or that it's not that you just lost your ball in the forest?" Cheer Bear asked. "Yeah,are you absolutely certain something is in there?" Share Bear said with disbelief and uncertainty. "W-Well..I have no way to prove it to all of you,but you believe me right Grumpy?" Oopsy Bear asked with a soft look in his eyes which Grumpy could tell wasn't lying. "Alright. I'll go check it out. Maybe I'll find out what's in the forest..." "But if I don't return,you guys can immediately come after me." Grumpy bear said before wandering into the forest. The others wanted to follow,but for now they refrained as they trusted in Grumpy to investigate the mysterious noise. He went deep into the forest,getting lost for about thirty minutes or so. In a hour,he was in the heart of the forest as he found a worn down mechanical robot that looked somewhat ancient and entangled in vines. "Woah..so Oopsy really WASN'T kidding when he heard something!" "It's a giant robot..." Grumpy Bear said in awe. He first untangled the vines from it before trying to repair it or at least get it properly working again. It took a few minutes of fixing and serious repairs for a lot of damage the robot had sustained over time. Once repaired,the robot slowly whirred to life once again. "H-Huh? Hello? Who is there..? Who are you,stranger?" Vastaeron spoke as he looked down at Grumpy Bear. "I'm Grumpy Bear." "I repaired you. And you are..?" Grumpy responded,curious of what the robot would say. Vastaeron answered in a soft yet gentle tone of voice. "I am Vastaeron,guardian of the forest. I believe I was looking for something here..but I cannot remember what." Vastaeron explains to Grumpy Bear. "I see. So THAT'S why you eroded down in this forest until I found you,isn't it..?" Grumpy Bear asked wondering why Vastaeron had stayed here if he hadn't found what he was looking for. "Yes..I wanted to find whoever. Whatever it was. To help them. I know not of who they are to me now. Who they were. They once lived in Care-A-Lot amongst all of you..now lost. They aren't even in my homeland of the forest as far and as wide as I searched the horizon they'd taught me so much about..." Vastaeron said in explanation. Grumpy was about to say something again when he heard running from behind him and familiar voices. It was Oopsy,Share,and Cheer Bear that had come looking for him. "Grumpy!! Are you okay?" Cheer Bear asked first. "We were so worried you got hurt or worse while in the forest!" Share Bear explains. "Woah! Is..is that a giant robot? That must be what was in the forest! Is he dangerous..?" Oopsy asks in concern and wonder of the robot before them all. "I'm alright,I understand that you all came looking for me,and no he isn't dangerous. This is Vastaeron. He said he was looking for a missing Care Bear and never found them although I can't remember who that is." "Do any of you..?" Grumpy had responded before then asking the three about the mysterious Care Bear. "No,I don't think any of us do.." "We're sorry,Grumpy." The others responded as Grumpy looked disappointed. Though he quickly shook off the disappointment as he looked up at Vastaeron. "You've got to know something about the missing Care Bear,right..?" "Something,a clue,anything would help really." Grumpy Bear asked in hopes of getting some form of answer from Vastaeron. "Hm..a Care Bear..." "No. My data banks have no memory of that unfortunately..." "But.." "I do have this book." Vastaeron answered. "What's it about..?" The others all asked as they looked curious with wide eyes of both excitement and playfulness. "It's about a Care Bear I think. I know not if it is the same one you are looking for. But it is a tale of many things." "War,Sadness,Grief,Horror,Pain.." "Best Friends. Loved ones. The world we fought for." "The world we would have lost if not for him." Vastaeron said as he described the ancient looking book in his paws. "Woah! That's so cool! Can you read us the story,please Vastaeron? We want to hear of what this story was all about!" "The hero in the book sounds so awesome and cool!" The others said this in hopes that Vastaeron would read them the mysterious book he held in his paws that had an amazing story to be told for all of them to listen to and to understand. "Alright,alright. Come closer...little ones. Come closer and I will read to you this book." Vastaeron said with a soft smile. The others gathered around,looking up at Vastaeron with hope and happiness in their eyes. "What's the book called..?" The others asked. "This book..is known as The Origins Of Daizee Dunde."
