*Ding, dong, bing, bong.*
The monitor opened up and Monokuma appeared in the monitor, his voice echoing through the house. "Good morning, my dear Ultimates! It's time to rise and shine for your daily dose of despair. Remember, today is a day for bonding and building those friendships that will soon be tested by the cruel hand of fate. Use your time wisely!"
Just as the monitor turned off, Kinako woke up with a jolt, the dream of her friends fading into the stark reality of the game.
"Okay, let's get having for the daily life." Kinako stretched out of bed, her thoughts lingering on the strange dream she had. She walked out into the hallway, where she saw Ai already dressed and ready for the day.
Soon for now, Kinako and Ai are having for their daily life in the blue house. They decided to cook breakfast for everyone. As they entered the kitchen, they found Nagito already there, staring into the fridge.
"Hi girls!" Nagito greeted them with a forced cheer, his eyes betraying his anxiety. "I thought I'd help out with breakfast. Maybe some eggs?"
"Sounds great," Ai replied, trying to mask her own fear with a smile. "I'll take care of the toast and coffee."
The three of them worked in awkward harmony, the tension of the game weighing heavily on their shoulders as they prepared the meal. The smell of sizzling eggs and toast filled the air, a faint reminder of home. When everything was ready, they called out Teru Momijiyama, who emerged from her room with a sleepy yawn.
"Good morning, everyone," she said, her voice small. "Thanks for making breakfast."
"No problem," Kinako said with a smile, sliding a plate of eggs and toast in front of her.
Just then, Shirayuki Hime and Marinette are smell of the love and happy for the morning. "Oh my, that smells delicious!" Shirayuki exclaimed, entering the kitchen with her usual grace.
Marinette nodded in agreement, her eyes lighting up at the sight of the food. "Wow, you guys are already cooking? You're the best," she said, taking a seat at the table.
Mei Misaki comes to them. "Nice smell and love." Mei said with a smile, her one visible eye sparkling slightly.
"Yeah, we made the breakfast." Kinako said, serving up more plates for the growing group.
Mei felt that she has love of this blushed breakfast. "It feels so beautiful like home," she said, taking a seat at the table.
"We should all eat together," Ai suggested, setting down a cup of coffee in front of each of them.
"Sounds good to me." Shirayuki agreed, taking a seat gracefully.
The group gathered around the table, their conversations ranging from their favorite foods to the bizarre world outside the house. The laughter and the clinking of cutlery against plates created a small bubble of normalcy in the heart of the chaos. For a brief moment, it was easy to forget about the game's ominous rules.
Then, Kureha comes in. "Wow, you girl made breakfast." Kureha said with a smile, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She took a plate and sat down with the group.
"Thanks, it would be harm for that." Kinako replied, passing a plate to Kureha. They all dug in, savoring the simple pleasure of a warm meal together.
Ai wondered to her mind and said. "I wonder where is Mikado Sannoji is?" She looked around the table, her eyes landing on the empty chair beside her.
"Maybe he's still sleeping?" Kureha suggested, taking a bite of her toast.
"I don't know about that?" Marinette spoke up, her eyes glancing at the clock on the wall. "It's already 8 AM, and he hasn't shown up yet."
"Okay, eat everything else, while we having to explore to catch." Kinako suggested, her eyes flashing with determination.
After finishing their breakfast, the group split up to search for Mikado. Kinako and Ai decided to check the upper floor, while Teru, Shirayuki, and Marinette took the ground floor. Mei and Kureha chose to investigate the basement. As they searched, Kinako and Ai are outside in the city, looking for Mikado. Then, Kinako saw the tv store. "Okay, later for finding Mikado. Let's watch for a moment." Kinako said, pulling Ai towards the store.
The two of them stepped inside, the warmth of the store a stark contrast to the cold rain outside. "Okay, it would having a tv for this screen." Ai commented, looking around the cluttered space.
"Apparently so, Ai!" Monokuma's maniacal laugh echoed through the TV screens, catching their attention. "But don't get too comfortable, my lovelies! Your bonding time is almost up. You've got some motive for both of you."
Kinako forced her own agreed. "Exclusive timing." Monokuma's words played in her mind like a broken record, the pressure of the game never far from her thoughts.
