Chapter 7

When I got in the car Luke said “Nice shirt and cowboy boots.” I noticed he was wearing black cowboy boots, a black button up shirt, and blue jeans. He also had a black cowboy hat. I could not hold it in so I said “I love your cowboy hat it makes you look cuter.” He laughed. “So what are we doing tonight?” He said “I thought we could go see a movie called the Longest Ride and then go out to eat.” “Luke can you read minds cause I have been dying to see that movie. I would love to see that movie with you of all people.” “Good and Allie told me to take you. I hope you have fun.” he said. I can't believe Allie told him I wanted to see that movie. “Do you want to see that movie? If you don't we can go see something else because you don't have to do what Allie says. I don't.” “No it is fine it looks like a good movie.” he said. We finally got to the movie theater. We got in line and waited for 30 minutes. Finally we got to the ticket booth. Luke said “Can I have two tickets for The Longest Ride  please.” “I am sorry sir we are full.” said man in the ticket booth. “But I had two tickets reserved for Shelton.” “Well I am sorry sir the couple in front of you got them.” Luke was furious. ”I am so sorry Faith.” “Luke it is okay we can do something else.” So we headed to Outback Steakhouse. When we got there it was full. Luke said “ We should be able to get a seat because I have a reservation.” We walked in and went to the waiter. Luke said “Excuse me I have reservation for Shelton.” “I am sorry sir but we already have a couple for Shelton.” said the waiter. “But I made a reservation two hours ago.” said Luke. “You can wait for an open table but the wait time is three hours.” said the waiter. “We are not waiting when I made a reservation. Come on Faith let's go.” So we walked out the door and left. “So what are we going to do now.”
