The day seemingly dragged on since Dutch invited Y/N to his tent. She didn't know what to expect when she got there. Molly had left, of course. It seems the routine is for the both of Dutch and Molly to argue before Molly storms off onto the edge of camp to read a book or mope.

Either way, Y/N's mind was on the fact that she was now going to Dutch's tent alone after he had basically been flirting with her and watching her all day.

She knew Molly knew. If Molly's look of anger intensifies as Y/N reaches Dutch's tent, it wasn't answered enough. She wonders why Molly didn't start something with her too. Maybe she is too fed up to even bother with anyone else at the moment.

Y/N followed Molly's angry form to the edge of camp before she reached for the tent flaps and pushed them apart to open the entry for her to make her entrance. It felt wrong doing this when Molly was just beyond angry—most likely at Dutch's lack of attention to her and flirting with Y/N.

As she pulled back the tent flap she was not surprised--though she was a little turned on--to see Dutch sitting on his cot the way he always does. For some reason, it's a lot more attractive when he does it.

"Glad you could make it," he says with a wide grin

"Glad you could make it," he says with a wide grin. "My usual evening guest has decided to leave me, just in time I'd say."

She doesn't know how she feels. If she should feel honored that such a man wants her company, or if she should feel turned off. Dutch is... a jerk. He's an attractive jerk, which is the worst kind.

He rises from the cot and pulls a chair from his desk before gesturing for her to sit down. Once she's seated, he takes a seat on the trunk.

"I was worried you wouldn't make it. Miss O'Shea can be trouble. But...so can you I take it." Dutch's grin returns.

Y/N's insides went like jelly. Dutch can be so flirtatious with the wrong crowd that it's creepy, but he still gets to her. She's far too young for him, but she wants him far too much.

Wait.

What is she thinking?

"I guess that just means you'll have to be more careful, hmm?" Y/N nearly cringed after she no doubt just flirted back with him. What is wrong with her?

She instantly regretted not being more careful when he responded with a grin.

Dutch reaches over her to the desk and picks up a cigar he had been working on. "I knew I had to be careful with you since I first got you in this gang."  She watches—and tries to not admire—how the cigar pokes from his lips.

"Oh boy," She thinks. "What have I gotten myself into?"
