Third person pov:
Megumi walks into the clinic where Y/n was resting. In his hang a couple of flowers in a vase. "Hey Y/n, I brought you some new flowers." He said as he put the vase on the side table. A small ring of water left on the table from the last set of flowers. He sits down next to the bed as he turns to face her.
"I should probably catch you up on what's happening huh? You've been out for a week now, you missed Itadori's grand reappearance. It was shocking to say the least." He looks down at his lap, his hands fidgeting. "Well the exchange event is over, we won but there was an attack halfway through. They took a bunch of valuable cursed objects such as 10 sukuna fingers... we still don't really know who they were other than the fact gojo had fought a few of them before."
Megumi looked out the window as he thought about how he wasn't strong enough to really help. "I couldn't help with the fight, though I'm positive if you were there you would." He paused, looking down at y/n with a smile. "I'm glad you weren't there though, you could have gotten hurt... Ms Shoko said that you had faced some infernal damage in the brain from your possession. Nothing too serious, infact it only increased your cursed energy."
Megumi paused as he looked away from her unconscious body. His thoughts racing as he tried to not say what he really wanted to say. Eventually he gave in. "I've missed you. You're the least unbearable of the first years. You're the only one I can actually talk to without feeling like it'll end in a nonsensical conversation." He looks back at y/n's body a small sad smile on his face. "When will you wake up?"
Suddenly the doors fling open and there in the doorway stands, Satoru Gojo and Yuji Itadori.
"Ahhh so you are in here again!" Gojo says as he enters the room. "Well I'm glad I found you because I need you to run a few errands for me."
Megumi looks at him in annoyance as he stands up from the small chair beside the bed. "Fine, what do you need?" He said as he walked out of the room with gojo.
Itadori, left in the room by himself decides to say hi to y/n. He approaches the bed as y/n suddenly opens her eyes. "Oh!" He exclaims as he sits on the chair where Megumi was once sitting. "Well hello I guess, glad you're awake"
A tired groggy y/n sits up in the bed. As she rubs one of her eyes she looks over at itadori. "Sup" she says as she daps him up.
Itadori looks at her in confusion as he looks between his hand and hers. He only laughs before asking what she's doing.
"I'm greeting you obviously, dumbass." Y/n said with a smile and a laughing. As she looks around she seemed a bit confused though. "It seems like they tried to get me back... sorry it didn't work." She said with a small smile as she looked down at her lap.
"What are you talking about" Itadori asked as he laughed slightly. "We got you back."
"Oh? Then I can see ghost then?"
"What?" Itadori just looked more confused
"Well you're dead, and I can see you. I shouldn't be able to, right?" Y/n asked as she looked at the boy in front of her.
Itadori just laughed and hugged her. Y/n seemed taken aback but returned the hug. After a few seconds Itadori spoke. "I'm not dead, Y/n. And neither are you. We both survived, and we both still have friends who care about us." He smiled lightly.
Once y/n finally understood what was happening she broke down in happy tears, hugging him even tighter. Her tears staining his shirt as he hugged back.
As Itadori talked to y/n about what had happened, about her being in a coma and about him not actually dying during that mission. Gojo walked into the room.
"Welp Itadori we better get going" he says then suddenly pauses realizing Y/n was awake. "Oh, you're finally awake!" He ran towards her with a bright smile. "Well kid, how are you feeling?"

The chapter begins where the last chapter ended. Megumi is talking to y/n's unconscious body. You find out that the exchange event had already happened and y/n has been in a coma for a week. Megumi tells y/n about how yuji is back and how the sukuna fingers that the school had, have been stolen. He tells y/n about how he misses her and how she missed yuji's grand reappearance. He confesses to y/n's unconscious body that he likes spending time with her but he doesn't want to be clingy. Gojo shows up with yuji next to him. He tells Megumi's that y/n will wake up soon, but for now he needs to go get something from the store for him. Megumi's and Gojo leave the room leaving yuji with y/n. Y/n wakes up and sees yuji. She thinks she's dead and instead of reacting to yuji being there she greets him and daps him up. This confuses yuji leaving him to laugh and hug y/n. Y/n is surprised by the hug but hugs him back. She proceeds to look around and notices she's in a hospital room. She laughs a little and says, "it looks like they tried to get me back before I died. Sorry it didn't work" yuji looks at her confused then laughs. Informing her that she is not dead and was in a coma. Y/n is even more confused and asked if she can see the dead then. Yuji laughs a little more and says "why would you think that?" Y/n says because she can see him. Yuji tells her that he is not dead, and is very much so alive and kicking. With that y/n brakes down crying, and hugging yuji tightly realizing he is not dead and neither is she. The chapter ends with Gojo entering the room and seeing y/n awake hugging yuji.]
