Persephone's pov
I walked into my coffee shop in New York to see a group of teens sitting at a table I looked at the group there was 4 of them the first one had short brown hair with blond highlights under they're hair. they have lots of scars and they wear glasses they are wearing an over sized t-shirt to be far every t-shirt looks over sized on them and green cargo pants they're headphones hang around they're neck they're bag right next to they're feet. The boy to they're left had short golden blond hair with brown eyes and a kind smile he is wear a hoodie with gray sweatpants makes sense it's fucking cold he looks like a surfer boy kinda. To his left was dreads and braces he looked tried like he had stayed up all night he is wearing a black t-shirt and a par of jeans his bag was on his back with a pin that say "fuck off I'm blind" his dark skin had a few scars on it. And the last kid had an afro he was wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans gods why do the boys have no style!? I looked at the kids one last time and cleared my thort "aren't you guy running late for school?" the group looked at me Sap, James and Armas all looked at me and got up in a panic Sam looked at hid friends "guys it's Saturday " the 3 looked at each other for a moment than Sap spoke up "why would you do that to us Miss Persephone?" I smiled "because you guys have 3 minutes until we open " "but no ones comes until 8 it's 777777777777" "Sap i am here at 7 you and Sam and James and Armas are here at 7 maybe even before 7" "Fine I get it" and with that Sap walked behind the counter and went to the coffee machine. Sam walked to the cash register and takes out his earbuds and smiled. James walked to the bakery part of the shop and Armas went to the back I looked at the group and started to walk out I looked at group "please don't set my shop on fire and Sap don't break the coffee machine" "got it" Sam said I walked out of Brewed awakening hoping that my shop will not be on fire at the end of the night
Sap's pov
Me and the other started to get ready for when people start to show up "I hate this fucking machine!" I yell "Sap the machine is new you just don't know how to use it" Sam said "fuck youuuu" "lovely " just than some people walked in "Hello welcome to Brewed Awakening" Sam said "hi I will have a black coffee" the person said "Sap one black coffee" Sam said i started to make the coffee has I put the coffee yelled "For the only person here!" the guy laughed he looked around my age "nice one" I rolled my eyes he picked up his coffee "so do want to go out on a date sometime I've seen you around school " "if you have seen me around you would know that I'm dating someone and that I don't like people " "well-" "take your coffee and get the fuck out!" the guy left "Sap be nice to people" James said "James people suck Sap don't listen to him" Armas said "I wasn't planning on it" Sam rolled his eyes and want back to taking orders after a few hours every one was so fucking tried and look dead insane when a lady in she was wearing a black dress with a side cut she looked like she worked for a big company or ran a big company she looked pretentious not going to lie "Hello I would like a café mocha and a apple" I rolled my eyes gods this lady is so pretentious "ok Mrs. That will be right up. Sap you got what she wants right?" Sam said to me "Yup.." "why thank you young men" the lady said as she walked to the pick up area I started to make the lady's drink when Sam said "mrs what's your name?" the lady looked up from her phone "Circe" "ok thank you" after a few secs after that I finished up making her drink I put ANNOYING BITHC as her name "order for Circe" the lady came up and took her drink, before she left "you think you are so funny don't you!!!???" she yelled "I do think so" I say smiling "your a little ass hole I don't know why Persephone would let you work here!" "because I'm awesome " the lady rolled her eyes and lifted "Sapppp you can't do that!" Sam said "Yes! yes I can!" "Gods Sap..." Armas walks out of the back with a bag of flower "What the fuck is this!? Is it sugar?!" Armas yells "Armas my guy it's flower" I say "Oh- So don't put it in the red thing?" "nope. Also you can see color!? " "No! it's in braille on it!" "Oh-" Armas walks back to the back after a hour Mrs. Persephone walked into the café as we were cleaning up "I see the café isn't on fire that's good" she said "hello Mrs. Persephone " Sam said "Hihi!" James said while cleaning up some flower "Hey Mrs." I say and Armas already left "while I'll say you all can head home and get some sleep and FOOD Sap I am looking at you! oh and take off your binders! Sam I am looking at you!" "Ok ok got it!" I say "Same here!" Sam say "than go kids!" James, Sam and I clocked out and lifted "Sooooo where are you guys going to go" James asks "I'm going to see if my boyfriend will let me stay at his houses " Sam say "Sap?" James asks "sadly I have to go to my foster home tonight " I say "I'm sorry man" Sam say "yeah same here Sap" James say "anyways I got to go" "Bye Sap" they both say I start to walk to this dam house i hate it here and everyone in it these parents already had 4 bio kids and of course they need a pay check so they got me and a nice pay check from it as i walked in to the house I saw the family of 6 them playing Uno I started to walk up up the stairs to my "room" or what you can call a room it had no windows a bed and well that's it I got to my and put my bag and put it in the vent and sat on my bed and pulled out my book and started to read until I started to fall asleep I put my book mark in it and fall asleep.
