Musa's POV:

We reached the living room, where Mom and Dad were sitting together, talking quietly. They looked up as we entered, Mom's face lighting up immediately. "Musa! What’s all this about?" she asked, grinning.

I raised a brow glancing back at Sana and Arif who were ready seated, smiles on their faces.

"What's what about?" I asked sitting in front of her and dad.

"About what Sana and Arif told me. You've fallen in love?" She asked excitedly as Dad smiled.

I rolled my eyes staring back at Sana and Arif who were staring at me grinning broadly... Shamelessly.

I took a deep breath "I don't know if it's love or some simple attraction."

Mom's smile widened, and she leaned forward, clearly intrigued. “Attraction can turn into love, you know,” she said teasingly. Dad chuckled, shaking his head slightly, but his eyes were warm, supportive.

I sighed, running a hand through my hair. “I don’t know if it’s love, Mom. I just... I’ve been thinking about her. A lot.” I paused, glancing at Sana and Arif, who were still grinning like they had just orchestrated a master plan. “It’s Zyra. Shaheen’s sister.”

Mom’s eyes lit up, and Dad sat up a little straighter. “Zyra?” Mom repeated, excitement in her voice. “She’s a lovely girl. Kind, graceful… Musa, you’ve got good taste.”

I shrugged, trying to play it cool, but my heart was racing. “I don’t want to rush into anything. I barely know her, but... I want to get to know her.”

Dad nodded, crossing his arms thoughtfully. “It’s important to take your time with something like this, Musa. But from what we know, Zyra is from a good family, and if you feel something, it’s worth exploring.”

Sana, of course, couldn’t hold back. “See? Everyone’s on board! Now, when are we talking to her family? I’m dying to see how this unfolds!” she chirped, practically bouncing in her seat.

I rolled my eyes again, but I couldn’t hide the smile tugging at my lips. “Calm down, Sana."

Mom smiled warmly, reaching over to pat my hand. “Don’t worry, Musa. We’ll handle it. We’ll speak to Shaheen’s parents soon and take it from there.”

Sana grinned even wider, if that was possible. “I can already picture it. You and Zyra… It’ll be perfect, Musa.”

I shot her a warning look. “Not a word to her just yet, Sana.”

She held up her hands, feigning innocence. “I swear, not a peep.”

Arif laughed, shaking his head at the whole scene. “This is going to be fun.”

I rolled my eyes a smile tugging at the corner of my lips.

2 days later~ Zyra's POV

“Of course. Yes, do come. Absolutely. Inshallah. Okay, I’ll be waiting. Yes, Inshallah. Thank you very much. We’ll meet soon. Definitely. Allah Hafiz,” Abba said with a smile as he ended the call.
