Chapter 8

Bella's POV

It's Mother's Day and me, Lola, Cinder, my mom, and Lola's mom are going to the mall.

Pippy would've come but she couldn't because today she was going on an all day date with Drake. Me and my mom met everyone at the mall and I was super excited. We bought some things when I saw a cute looking Pokémon from across the mall. I looked at him and he looked back at me and winked! He was a Frogedeir and was so charming! He was with two other Pokémon who were cute but not as cute and handsome as him. They were Drizzile and Dewott. Then my mom and Lola's mom stopped. "I know this is a mother-daughter day but we think we should split up." said my mom. "We were talking about it and we think it is a good idea for you guys to go on your own in the mall for awhile." Lola's mom said. We said goodbye to each other and the boys that I saw earlier were sitting on a bench a few feet away. Cinder was staring at them and out of all of them I think she was looking at the Drizzile. "Are you looking at someone?" I asked smirking as a fun payback for all the times she has done it to me and my friends. "Uhhh ummm" Cinder mumbled blushing.

"Is it that Drizzile?" I asked. "Um... yeessssss" She said annoyed while still blushing. "Well give it a shot at love with that Drizzile are parents aren't here so go go!" I said pushing her a little. "Okay..." Cinder said blushing like crazy. I saw them talking and they seem to be going great and then they pulled out there phones. I was sooooo proud of Cinder! Cinder sat on the bench with the Drizzile and then I walked over. Maybe I could get a chance with the Frogedeir! "Hey, what's your name?" I said trying to flirt. "Nick!" He said "Yours?". "My name is Bella." I said. "Pretty name, I like it!" Nick said blushing. I blushed. He was soooooo hot! "Come sit next to me." He said and I did.

"We should get in touch." I said after chatting for awhile. "Yeah!" He said and we did. Cinder had also got in touch with the Drizzile who was named Leon. We learned that the Dewott's name was Sam and he was a little grumpy sometimes whenever girls fell for Nick and Leon but he always got over it.They also were coming to our school next year and I can't wait! Lola also met them but rushed off quickly because she already had a boyfriend and was a little awkward. I could tell. I also saw a strange look in Sam's eyes and I wonder if it was love. It probably isn't though but if it was Zizzy would have some competition for Lola. My mom also said I could date Nick since he was going to our school. Also me and Nick along with Cinder and Leon were going on a double date tomorrow! Can't wait!!!!

The Next Day

I was surprised to see Sam here since he had no date and maybe he just wanted to send his pals off just like Lola did. But then we saw a big Rillaboom approach us and he tried to fight me, Lola, and Cinder! But luckily Nick, Sam, and Leon were there to save us and all three evolved in the process! Now Nick was even hotter than before!

Then Sam walked up to Lola and asked "Do you want to make this double date a triple date by going on a date together?" So that was love in his eyes! "I... can't." Said Lola. "What! Grrr I hate this! Every time I fall in love it always goes wrong because of Nick and Leon! Why must you guys always steal everything from me! That's it I'm done being your friend so goodbye!" Yelled Sam and he ran off before anyone could say anything.

"I'm sorry! It's just that I already have a boyfriend and he is amazing and I don't want to give my boyfriend up." Lola apologized to Nick and Leon. "It's okay he's always been like that but never has he left our group." Said Leon. Lola went home and we had are double date. It was incredible! We were outside of the building when Nick and Leon gave each other a look and then Nick kissed me! It was sooooo magical!

Now I know how Lola and Pippy felt when they got kissed! Cinder knows now too because she got kissed by Leon. We broke the kiss and so did Cinder and Leon. Then all of a sudden Cinder started to glow and soon evolved! Cinder was a Cinderace now!

You see some of our classmates had evolved and Cinder was one of them! It was the time of year to start evolving. Lola was proud of Cinder and I was too. When Pippy got the news she was happy as well. But Cinder sometimes seemed sad. One day I asked "What's wrong?" "Well, I don't like being a Cinderace because what if I turn into my bro." Cinder replied. "No, you won't turn into your brother. He turned out the way he did because of his father not because of evolution. Don't worry you'll be fine!" I said. "Thanks for that Bella!" Cinder said. "You know I never thought I would get to this point. I have a boyfriend, I'm evolved, and I'm actually getting a job soon!" Cinder said. "Life's changed a lot since last year and who knows maybe life will change even more this year!"
