The air in the Hogwarts Library was filled with the soft rustling of pages, the occasional whispers of students deep in study, and the faint crackle of the fire from the nearby hearth. Harry, sitting across from Hermione at a quiet table near the back, tapped his quill against his parchment, distracted. He'd been staring at the same page of his Transfiguration textbook for nearly ten minutes now.

"You're not even pretending to study," Hermione said without looking up from her notes.

Harry grinned sheepishly. "Sorry, it's just . . . have you heard about this whole vlogging thing?"

Hermione raised and eyebrow, finally tearing her gaze from her colour-coded Arithmancy notes. "Vlogging?"

"Yeah. People are using Muggle cameras to record their daily lives and put it on YouTube - sort of like a video diary. I came across it over the summer, Dudley was obsessed with watching some random person playing games on it," Harry explained. "I've been thinking of trying it out here, you know, document our last year here at Hogwarts."

Hermione look sceptical. "You? Vlogging?"

Harry nodded, excitement starting to bubble up in his voice. "Yeah. It could be fun. Plus, it might be a nice distraction from . . . everything."

Hermione smiled softly at him, understanding the unspoken weight behind his words. After everything they'd been through - the war, the re-building - Harry was looking for something to occupy his time with. Something that didn't carry the same gravity as saving the Wizarding World.

"Sounds like a good idea." Hermione agreed, nodding. "But who would you vlog with? You're not exactly the social butterfly type."

"True," Harry admitted. "I was thinking of doing it with . . . Draco."

Hermione blinked, caught off guard. "Draco Malfoy?"

Harry shrugged. "I know it sounds weird. But after the war, we've been . . . I don't know, civil? We get on better than I ever expected. He's different now. And honestly, I think it'd make for a great dynamic. People love a good rivalry turned friendship."

"True," Hermione said slowly, processing the idea. "I mean, it could work. You two are complete opposites, but maybe that's what would make it interesting."

Harry smiled. "Exactly. I think it could be fun. Imagine being able to look back and reminisce about our good old Hogwarts days."

Hermione gave him a long look. "Have you even asked him?"

Harry laughed. "I have asked him, he didn't immediately say no."

Hermione gave him a look of surprise. "He agreed? That is surprising."

"And, we're filming our first video tomorrow," Harry said, distracted once more.

The next day, Harry found himself standing nervously outside their shared 8th year common room, his heart racing in his chest. He clutched a small Muggle camera in his hand, the one Hermione had enchanted to work withing the magical barrier of Hogwarts. This was supposed to be easy - just hanging out with Malfoy and filming it - but somehow, it felt like a big step.

He hadn't quite figured out why he wanted to vlog with Malfoy of all people, but something about it made sense. They had history - complicated, messy history - but now that the dust had settled, maybe it was time to move forward, together.

The door to the common room creaked open, and there stood Draco Malfoy, looking as effortlessly polished as ever. His platinum blond hair was perfectly styled, his expression cool and composed, but there was a flicker of curiosity in his eyes as he eyed the camera.
