Amruta woke up, the morning light filtering through her curtains, and immediately blushed as memories of the previous night flooded her mind. She could still feel the warmth of Virat's embrace, the soft kisses he'd planted on her forehead, and the way he had tenderly tucked her in. Her heart raced at the thought of him sneaking into her room, his words echoing in her head. Smiling to herself, she reached over to her bedside table and found the note he had left.

"Sweet dreams, Amu. I'll see you for lunch tomorrow. Sleep well. - Virat"
She blushed even more, folding the note and keeping it safely under her pillow.

Heading downstairs for breakfast, she found her parents, Bhavani and Jayesh, already sitting at the table, sipping tea and talking. She joined them, still smiling from the morning's thoughts.

"Good morning, Amu," Bhavani greeted her, noticing her glowing face. "You seem extra happy today. Any special reason?"

Amruta shook her head quickly, trying to act casual. "No, just slept really well, that's all."

Jayesh chimed in with a smile. "Well, it's good you're in a good mood, because we have some news. Your Asha didi is coming over today. We'll all be together for Ganpati aarti in the evening."

Amruta's face lit up at the mention of her sister. "Asha didi is coming? That's great! I haven't seen her in so long."

"Yes, and we'd like you to stay home today," Bhavani added. "It's a family day, so no going out. We'll have a beautiful aarti, and it'll be nice to spend time together."

Amruta's heart sank slightly as she remembered her plans with Virat. They had agreed to meet for lunch, but now with her family commitments, she wasn't sure how she would manage. She didn't want to disappoint her parents, especially on such a special day, but at the same time, she didn't want to cancel on Virat either.

After a moment of thought, she spoke up. "Can I invite some friends over for the aarti?" she asked, her mind already coming up with a plan. "I think it would be nice for them to join us, and it's been a while since I've spent time with them during Ganpati."

Bhavani and Jayesh exchanged glances and then nodded. "Of course," her father said. "It would be lovely to have your friends here. The more, the merrier."

"Great!" Amruta replied, feeling a wave of relief. Now she could invite Virat over without breaking any promises to her family. She would still get to see him and introduce him to her family in a more casual setting. Excited by the thought, she quickly finished her breakfast, already planning how she would invite him for the aarti.

Amruta dialed Virat's number, her heart fluttering slightly as she waited for him to pick up. The events of the previous night still fresh in her mind, she knew this conversation was going to be an interesting one.

"Hey, Amu," Virat's voice came through, sounding excited. "What's up? Missing me already?"

Amruta smiled, rolling her eyes at his playful tone. "Listen, Virat, I need to talk to you about today. Can you cone over my place today ?

"Wow, so soon?" Virat cut in, teasing her. "Just yesterday, you were saying you wanted to take your time, and now you're inviting me over? Not that I'm complaining-trust me, after last night, I'm ready for whatever you want. I can't wait anymore, I want you home with me soon."

"Stop imagining things!" Amruta scolded, trying to suppress a laugh. "Listen, it's not what you think. My sister, Asha didi, is coming over today, and my parents have asked me to stay home for Ganpati aarti. So, I'm inviting you over, but only as my friend. That's it, nothing more."

Virat's excitement faded slightly, and his voice carried a hint of disappointment. "Oh... as a friend, huh? Okay, got it. I was hoping for something more after last night, but I'll play along. If that's what you want."
