The way back home

Lucas is a ninth grader.He lives in a village.He likes to play football.There is a school ground next to their house.Lucas and his friends used to play football there.But for some time, the senior boys started to play there.So,Lucas cannot play football on that field.That's why Lucas goes to play football in a field far away from their house.It has been ten days since he went to play football in that field.But at the end of the game he had no companion to return home with.So Lucas had to return alone.Every day Lucas returns home by eight o'clock at night.But he didn't notice when it was eleven o'clock today while playing football.So he headed home as soon as he noticed.There's a mango orchard and a bridge over a small river on the way to Lucas's home.It takes Lucas half an hour to go home every day.But today he feels like the road is never ending.He entered the mango orchard road.Everyone said that the mango garden is cursed.But Lucas does not believe in these strange things.Lucas started walking.Suddenly he felt someone walking with him.He can hear someone's footsteps behind him.A cool breeze blows past his ears.Lucas's body shuddered.But he didn’t stop walking.Lucas remembered that someone had committed suicide in this orchard a few days ago.He started getting a little scared.He was waiting to see the bridge.The road inside the mango orchard was about 10 minutes.But today the 10-minute road isn’t ending.Lucas is walking fast.Yet the path does not end.Suddenly he felt that someone came to his ear and whispered something.Suddenly he started smelling fishy.The smell seemed to come from He started to feel a bit heavy.Lucas stopped walking.Suddenly he saw...something no one would never want to.He saw three shadow figures in front of him.They had red eyes.They seemed very angry.Lucas noticed that the shadow figures were very human-like.But they were standing like frogs.Suddenly one of them said in a hoarse voice-"Why did you wake us up?"
Lucas got scared.They came to attack Lucas.Lucas felt like he was going to die today.But he ran with the strength of his body and closed his eyes.After running a long distance, he stumbled and fell.His leg was cut and bleeding.Suddenly the figures appeared in front of him.Someone pulled his leg.He started screaming.After a lot of trouble, he finally ran away from here.He started running with foot pain.He felt as if someone was still following him.Lucas is sweating and his eyes are watering.After running for some distance he came across the bridge.An air of relief started blowing in his mind.He was so happy to see the bridge that he had never been before.He started to cross some sort of bridge.After crossing the bridge, a voice came from the back-"You survived today".Lucas crossed the bridge and reached his house through the market.Lucas went home and looked at his watch.It was 2:30 am.He was shocked.He felt that everything that happened to him was a dream.But seeing the blood on his feet, he realized that they were real.The next day, Lucas got a high fever.He told everything to his mother and her mother forbade him to go to that field again.Lucas also never went to the field again.
